The bathroom, with almost a walk-in shower, is also equipped with a washing machine. The entire apartment has underfloor heating. In the middle of the magnificent knickland landscape, this cozy vacation home is only 700 m from the beach. It has been completely modernized in 2020. "Böttcher 5" has an equipped built-in kitchen, a large shower room, a separate toilet, three bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. The living room, which is open to the gallery, offers a fireplace, a comfortable sofa and a great view of the large garden. On very cold days, electricity heaters can be switched on.

In the center of Maasholm village is one of the oldest houses (built in about 1728). It has been restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic Fischerkate with modern comforts. This resulted in two duplex apartments with a lot of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The ground floor impresses with its characteristic, exposed wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.
