I came to this space for a little self-care retreat! It was the perfect container to dive inward yet also be immersed in the beautiful outdoors. I was blown AWAY by the landscape and I l loved experiencing tiny house living. Highly recommend it for the perfect little get away :-)

It was exactly what we were looking for, a cabin in the woods. Very rustic, secluded, quiet. Still the town was just 10 minutes away with great restaurants. We will definitely be back.

Martha’s tiny home was great! It has amazing views and the outdoor patio is wonderful. The water pressure in the shower is amazing (huge plus). It also comes with everything you could possibly need. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Martha’s tiny house. It was cozy and private but had everything we could need and there were lovely views of the hills and meadow. Martha was lovely to meet, and helped us pick fresh vegetables from her garden!

The tiny house was very clean and had everything we needed for a weekend away. It was in a great location for our day excursions to the White mountains and the lakes. Would stay there again!

We stayed a weekend here and it was great! You have to like the outdoors, as it's similar to camping except you're in a little cabin. Bring bug spray! The place itself is fantastic and very private, with a pretty view and everything you need. I wish we could have stayed longer. Martha was really hospitable and we ended up purchasing some vegetables from her garden, which were delish.

Molly and Toms place was so relaxing. It’s rustic with their gorgeous wood stove, wood heated hot tub and fit yet sparking clean! Molly was quick to respond with any questions and thoughtful. My kids loved their trampoline and yard space. This would be a great romantic get away without kids too. The location was great because you can order out or there’s grocery stores up the street. You can truly feel they host their space with the intention their guests enjoy❤️

The cabin was clean, quaint and exactly what we were looking for to spend a few days outside of our busy schedules.

We spent New Years/our anniversary here and had a WONDERFUL time with our dog. The hot tub is so cool, and this is the perfect place to unplug and play board games. We hope to stay here again in the future!

When you need a getaway- where less is more, and a wood fired oven, and screened porch is all you need- this is for you.

Molly and Tom's place was beautiful. Everything is as listed, it's cozy and private and the hot tub is for sure worth using!!! Molly was a great communicator and they left us with an ample amount of tips for the area. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a weekend off the grid!

The cabin was perfect for our fall anniversary trip and a great base for exploring NH. We loved the hut tub, the super cozy space, and the growing options for food and drinks in Franklin. Also an easy trip to the White Mountains for some outstanding hiking and views!

We really enjoyed staying here for the weekend. The cabin is a quick drive to nearby hiking and orchards north of Concord, NH. The home was clean, charming and cozy with a rustic lake feel. The wood stove was a wonderful accessory and essential if staying in the fall, come prepared to chop wood and tend to the fire! If you are looking for a weekend away to unwind and unplug, this is a great getaway!

This is such a cute little place and perfect view!

The lake house is right across the street form the lake and has access to a dock. We came with our family and several kids. Everyone loved it! We went swimming, went on the kayaks and inflatable rafts. The lake was super clean and the water was pretty warm. We also BBQ'ed on the grill while we were here, making things easy on vacation. We took advantage of all the amenities. Christine & Kyle were fast with communication and great hosts! Thanks again!

Great place for vacation!

This place is great! A really good location and you can’t beat having a lake right across the street. Christine and Kyle are very attentive and respond quickly to any needs you might have. It was a perfect place for our little family reunion. We grilled out one day and spent a lot of time on the front deck, enjoying the view and being serenaded by the loons. I definitely recommend this sweet little lake house.

A beautiful, relaxing spot on Webster Lake! Our second stay was even better than the first. The dock and water access is so convenient. We loved using the kayaks and hanging out by the water. The home is clean, cozy, and comfortable. We will be back again!

My family of 4 and our pup had a great time staying at Christine and Kyle’s place! The house is cute and clean. Walking distance to the shared dock was very convenient with kiddos. Suggested local activities were helpful. Quick responses from the home owners with our questions/requests was much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

I got together here with friends for my birthday weekend! Christine and Kyle had all the necessities and the house was comfortable. It was easy to make ourselves at home. Plus it’s a nice area to get away to. Beautiful view!

SallyJane and Mark are wonderfully gracious hosts. My stay was short lived but a much needed reprieve. My stay, while only one night was so relaxing from the tub to the bed and a delightful breakfast spread. I haven't slept so soundly in quite some time. Fyi the room is on the second floor, but the stairs are not steep. Also, I wasn't sure what to expect as the mobile site has few shots of the room. So, I was happily surprised to see how beautifully appointed the room and adjoining bath was. The room itself has a sitting area, an incredibly comfortable bed in the turreted corner of the room and the bath had a clawed foot tub. There is a shower, but I didn't make use of it. However, I made full use of the tub as that's a rarity. My breakfast was a filling spread of fruit, yogurt and perfectly poached eggs especially enjoyed with the hosts who I asked to join me. What a great start to a full day of dance!

Sally Jane and Mark are top notch! My mother and I have stayed with them several times and they are just the most thoughtful and generous people. You will not regret booking a stay with them! Above and beyond hospitality.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Mark and Sally were very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were even kind enough to loan us lawn chairs for an event that we were attending. We also ran into traffic and got in later than expected, and they were very understanding and accommodating of our late arrival. The house is beautiful, well maintained, and charming in just about every way imaginable. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. On a day when we we had to leave quickly in the morning, they provided coffee to go, and an assortment of Kind Bars. The next morning we had more time, and they prepared a breakfast that was both delicious and substantial. We would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a classic bed and breakfast experience with two great hosts!

Traveling for us means who we meet is as important as where we go. We could not have asked for more with Sally and Mark in New Hampshire. They are the most genuinely kind and welcoming people we’ve ever met and we cannot wait to come back to stay with them in their beautiful home. What a special way to end our visit to New England!

Fantastic experience! The hosts are genuine with their hospitality and thoughtfulness. The space was clean and easily accessible. The breakfast was excellent. It was especially enjoyable to visit with the hosts after breakfast and get to know them a bit. They provided whatever time we needed. A great experience and highly recommend you try it out.

You will live visiting Timothy House I. Tilton NH. It is a large, rustic house that has all the amenities you need and it’s in a beautiful, quiet setting. Dave is a wonderful and caring host who makes sure all your needs are met.

This was our first time renting an AirBnB, and it could not have been any better! From the moment we stepped through the doorway and were greeted with banana bread, fruit, candy, and the subtle scent of wood smoke, we knew we hit the jackpot! Our hosts were close enough to respond super quickly to a very small issue, yet we had the quiet privacy of a mountain top retreat! The house was immaculate and so very warm and welcoming! The kitchen was divine! I cooked more here than I do at home!! We were able to get the R&R we were craving, yet also were close enough to many amenities if we so chose! We we definitely be visiting Timothy House again! PS...Our grandchildren loved the videos we sent them of us playing the piano!!

Incredibly convenient location to downtown Concord. I was there on business and appreciated the quiet house, the great internet, and the "walkable" neighborhood for some fresh air and stress relief after work. Mary provides a lot of nice touches to facilitate your stay; most all toiletries in case something was forgotten, coffee, tea and creamer, and tons of information about the area. After a warm welcome, she gives you your privacy. Katrina the cat is very sweet, social, and adds a warm welcome of her own! :-)

This was my first time using Airbnb and Valorie set the bar high for my future uses. She didn’t miss a single thing as far as needs. The view of the river was beautiful on both patios. Val & Juan have an incredible unique space in a beautiful location along the river. Our favorite spots were the two back porches that look out at the river. The kitchen is large and the first floor space is pretty open, which was great for the social crew we had. We used this as a “home base” while attending our friend’s rehearsal dinner and wedding nearby. It was exactly what we needed. We would definitely stay again! Ps. Val & Juan are some of the nicest people!!

3 bedroom cozy cottage with a nice layout. Very dog friendly. Walking distance to the lake. Comfy beds and everything you need. Electric wood stove. Cute little back porch area. Theresa responded quickly to all questions and check in/out was easy.. Just be aware if you are going in late winter or spring and the snow is melting or there has been rain that the driveway may be very muddy and you will need all-wheel drive to get thru..

I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet place in a rural area. Nataliya's place was very comfortable, it was bigger than we expected. The toddler bed was perfect for our 4 y.o. as well as some toy available in the suite. There is a couch that was very comfortable to relax after a busy day. We appreciated thoughtful items for our use during our stay. The communication for the check-in was very clear and timely.

Great value & location to concord

The location was convenient and safe. The hospitality from our Super host was excellent. Marc was very sociable, but also gave us complete privacy when desired. The bedroom was private, cozy and convenient to bathroom, kitchen, and washer and dryer. The value was the best I found on Airbnb in Lakes Region of New Hampshire.

Marc's place was great! It's so close to downtown Laconia and only about a 15 minute drive from the largest arcade in the world, Funspot! Would stay at Marc's place again!

Everything went smooth and Marc was an easy host. Can’t beat the price for your own room here.

Very accomodating, friendly, takes pride in being a Super Host

I was only in town for one night and this was the perfect place for me. I forgot to bring a couple of items and Marc took care of it for me. Very gracious young man and I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling through this town.

Marc's place is very simple and clean. The room was a bit cold because it was in the winter and Marc was gracious enough to provide me with a space heater. There was a snow storm that came through while I was there and Marc made sure I was safe. Marc is a great host and has some wonderful stories to tell. His pitbull, TyTy, is a sweet little baby of a pitbull. I highly recommend Marc's place and will definitely be back the next time I am in New Hampshire!

Great farm experience. Very friendly pets, very clean. The space upstairs is adorable. If you love farms and love animals, this is the perfect place.

Fantastic spot, really enjoyed the space. Loved being able to bring my dog, and her pets were awesome too! Really fun being able to go out and see the chickens and alpacas. Ulrike was incredibly friendly and relaxed, was always around if we needed anything!

We loved this place, it was so unique. The animals are great, the alpacas are hilarious to watch. Ricki also let us bring our dog Cora along, and set up a teepee in the room for our daughter! Though I think the cat liked it best. The host is super nice and welcoming. The only thing I'd mention would be that the door to the house is never locked, and the door to the room (which has a common entryway with the rest of the house, albeit at the top of a set of stairs) doesn't really latch, and definitely doesn't lock. Which means the home's 3 dogs and kitty can and do come and go. They were well-behaved and we love animals, AND it made my 9 year old sooooo happy so it was a plus for us! But maybe not a good fit for others, so just take note. :)

We had a wonderful time! Ulrike was a fantastic host with a beautiful property. The room was a super cute loft with everything we could have needed. The farm was a dream to wonder around. We will definitely be back!

Ulrike's place was super convenient to reach, had the most thoughtful touches and offered more than that was promised at every step. The loft offered us the privacy we needed along with accessibility to the whole house. The alpacas and all other animals were so sweet which made the experience even better. She makes you feel like you are part of her family and takes care of you like no other host I have met. Can't wait to visit again in the summers!

Rickie's place was really nice. We were staying in loft which was super cute with full privacy. I wish there was a sink in the upstairs kitchen but you can always use one in the bathroom or downstairs kitchen. Breakfast muffins were delicious. Loved hanging out with Alpacas, dogs and cats. Really great experience.

Great place for a get away

My partner and I stayed in this beautiful, dreamy little get-away for one rainy April night and it was the perfect escape from this city. Got a little chilly outside but stayed nice and cozy inside and had a nice little camp fire once the rain dried up. Dawn was a fantastic host, super communicative and accommodating, thought of everything, left dry firewood out for us and even modified the amenities to account for Covid-19. Woke up the next morning and headed out to Kearsarge for a hike. I'd stay here again and recommend it to anybody looking for an off the grid getaway!

We stayed here on a very cold night and Dawn made sure that we were well prepared by giving us plenty of blankets to stay warm throughout the night. Definitely would come back again!

Yvonne’s lake house is really great. She’s an incredible host and the house was exactly as described. The house was perfect for the weekend my friend and I spent with our dogs in New Hampshire. The property is stunning. It’s perfect for humans and dogs. Highly recommend staying here! (We stayed in the winter and it had snowed a lot so it was extra beautiful, but is probably really great even when not covered in snow!) The trail above the house is great, too!

I stayed at Yvonne's property with 3 of my friends for a ski weekend. We had such a such great stay and overall experience! Both Yvonne and the home itself were so welcoming! Communication was great prior and during the stay. Everything was exactly as described in the listing- all kitchen amenities as well as washer/dryer were available which was very convenient. We fit 4 of us comfortably between the 2 bedrooms. This property was an excellent value as well and we will definitely stay again if back in that area

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a two week WFH getaway. It was perfect for our use. Plenty of space. The pond is beautiful and the porch is the highlight of the cabin when it's nice out. Had no issues with cell service or WiFi.

We had such a great time here! The view of the trees and pond is so tranquil and beautiful, it really was an amazing spot for a long weekend getaway. The cabin was spacious, warm and comfortable, and Peter responded quickly to any questions I had. I will absolutely be staying here again next time I’m in the White Mountains.

I absolutely loved my stay at Peter's cabin. It was very secluded and quiet. I felt completely at peace being away from the hustle and bustle but it also wasn't far from anywhere I needed to be in the area. The views are spectacular especially in the morning when the sun is rising. The cabin is spacious and the rooms are cozy. Checking in and out with super easy with a lock box. I would definitely stay again.

This little space was wonderful! It was so cozy and the space was so well utilized, modern, and comfortable. It was removed, but near so many activities. The bathroom was so much bigger than it looked and that tub was the best part! Lovely and clean and the hosts were so responsive and helpful! Great stay!

My husband and I stayed in Unit 16 for a few days, and had a wonderful time! Although the outside of The Lord Hampshire doesn’t look like much, the inside was furnished beautifully and the views of the lake were fantastic.

We were stunned by the home! So many little touches, it was extremely modern but it had a very “homey” feel. The security was good, we felt totally safe there. Super nice old Farm, convenient to Proctor & Tilton. Super friendly hosts, very knowledgeable about the area. They have great pets too, 2 dogs, 3 cats, chickens, ducks, it's a cool place. Big private room, they offer you anything, any room, just nice folks.

Cozy, clean and so relaxing! Such a great little spot for a breath of fresh air. Definitely recommend staying here!

This tiny home was perfect for our night away. We loved how cozy, clean and peaceful this experience was. If we could, we definitely would of stayed longer. If you’re looking for a reason to go away from the city this is it. Perfect stay :)

We had a very nice stay in Bristol. We spend a full week with 4 to 6 people. The apartment is only a few minutes to the lake, 10 minutes away to the center of Bristol, and 20-25 min to Ragged Mountain. It was great to be welcomed by Pat in person. We would definitely come back.

We had a great weekend snowshoeing around New Hampshire. Pat's place was a perfect cozy spot to return to for some rest between hikes!

This place was outstanding - quiet, spotless, location is close to everything. The little thoughtful things were included for those who travel, including cream and sugar for the complimentary coffee! I will absolutely be recommending this place to my family and friends who come to visit here often!

I stayed at Janis's place for a month while in town for work. It's the perfect spot for one person.

Close to everything and quiet

I stayed for a fishing tournament that I had so I was barely there, but when I was I enjoyed my stay. The space was clean, communication was great, Janis was accommodating to my trailer! Good spot to stay and would stay there again!

This is a great little place for one person and includes a full kitchen which is a huge money saver. I recommend a stay here.

Great place, great price. Close to the lake and mountain ranges, and all sorts of great restaurants. Decent amount of space for a top floor, very cozy and bargain of a price!

The guest house was perfect for our ski trip

This is a very spacious and clean property. Easy access on and off the highway, very convenient. Everything you would need is provided. Nice washer and dryer available too. The heating system was cozy and warm. Parking area was plowed and easy to navigate. Would definitely recommend.

Sharon's guesthouse AirBnB is a dream. Check in was super easy and the location is convenient, right off of 93. It has everything you need, plus a few extras. The heater is very efficient and kept us cozy through the chilly New England nights. I actually was not feeling very well on one of the days we were here and usually it sucks to be away from home when you aren't feeling well. However, the tea selection, warm blankets, and comfy couch made it feel like home away from home and I was quite comfortable and able to rest. Since a snow storm also happened on our last night, Sharon was very thoughtful and messaged us to find out what time we planned on leaving in the morning so that the driveway would be plowed for us. Would love to stay here again in the warm weather!

Our fourth stay at the guesthouse and certainly not our last! It was a little cold in the area during our stay but the excellent main heater kept us nice and toasty warm :) We're looking forward to coming back again and again to this wonderful place!

Sharon’s unit was great. She was very responsive. A great location for hitting the Highlands Bike Park.
