1 - Welcome to Bordeaux:
We begin with a detailed map of Bordeaux, introducing the region’s history and 65 distinct appellations, which shape the diversity of Bordeaux wines, from reds to whites and sparkling wines.
2 - Outdoor Introduction:
If the weather allows, we start outside in the vineyard. We’ll explain how the sensations in wine begin in the vineyard, influenced by the grapevines, soil, and climate. You’ll learn about our five generations of history and our organic farming methods, which benefit both the wine and the environment.
3 - Exploring the Cellar:
Next, we head to our cellar, where you’ll see the winemaking process from fermentation to aging. We’ll guide you through the different techniques used to produce white, rosé, and red wines, explaining how timing and equipment influence the wine’s final taste.
4 - Guided Wine Tasting:
The highlight is a guided tasting of our full wine range, including dry white, sweet white, Bordeaux Rosé, Côtes de Bordeaux reds, sparkling wines, and grape juice. We’ll explain the art of tasting and help you appreciate the flavors and aromas of each wine.
