Peacefull little house with big view

Very good place, 20min away from Carcassonne, Castelnaudary, Mirepoix and Limoux. We are also just one hour away from the mountains and the sea, in the middle of the Cathar country. You'll enjoy the big view on the Pyrénées and the Montagne Noire. In a very quiet place, you'll like to listen to many birds :-) If you like walking, you'll get differents paths just around the house, and if you better bike, you'll enjoy the Green Lane 3 kms away. NB: WIFI limited 35Go/week but 4G available

A maleperous pearl,quiet, spacious with Wifi.

Beautiful air-conditioned cottage, spacious, bright,decorated in a reclaimed spirit with private garden,not enclosed in the middle of the Malepère countryside (1 km from the village), we live next door . We have animals, active frogs so noisy and some beehives. The apartment is composed of a huge living room and two bedrooms, the kitchen is fully equipped, the toilet and bathroom are separate there is a nice garden where it's good to live. You'll feel right at home.
