Welcome home,a place designed to enjoy

House of the year 1932 renovated maintaining the original charm of the time. It has 4 double rooms, one of them suite type. It has a laundry room and attic used as a study room, library, gym and with access to a sunny terrace. Discover details and particularities of the spaces of the house and possible activities to do in the area on our instagram: @_casaalba_ Guests can freely access all the open spaces of the house; living room, dining room, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room, study, patio, balconies and terrace. There are two private enclosed property spaces for personal storage. The necessary bedrooms are left open and prepared according to the guests who hire the house. We are not at home during the stay, but we like to be in touch for any questions and are available to help if needed. The house is located in the old town next to the Plaza Mayor, the street is very quiet, central, with trees and 10 minutes from the Lake on foot. Banyoles in case you do not know it is a quiet village surrounded by a unique natural environment to do recreational and sports activities with cultural/historical interest. On the way to the Pyrenees mountains and the sea of the Costa Brava. The neighborhood itself has all kinds of shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets… PARKING IN THE AREA/ PARKING IN THE AREA: (ES) *In front of the house is BLUE ZONE, you have to pay the machines during this time: from Monday to Saturday 9:00-13:00 and from 17:00-20:30 * Free parking close to home, the same street below for example Carrer Torres i Bages (all streets that mark the car parks in white lines). *We have a closed car park close to home. (ENG) *In front of the house you can find blue parking lines (pay and display parking), you can find machines on the sidewalks.
