In the spacious living room with double sofa bed (140x200 cm) and south-facing balcony, as well as in the bedroom with double bed, sink and south-east-facing balcony, 2 - 4 people can relax. You can dine in the fully equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area and south-east balcony. There is also a bathroom and a separate toilet, as well as a hallway with wardrobe and additional built-in wardrobe.

Surrounded by historic farms right on the village square, with great mountain views and everything you need in the immediate vicinity. The south-facing apartment on the 2nd floor is the smaller of our two apartments. It is also lovingly restored, illuminated, has a gallery and over 5m room height, and the southern balcony offers pure mountain.

Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.
