Beautiful ranch style two bedroom apt. in our barn. Bathroom has a shower & separate vanity/sink area. Living room has a sofa TV, VCR, WIFI. There is a desk area, small fridge, coffee maker, water kettle conv. oven/air fryer & a single burner. Central AC/ heat. This gated property is situated on 20+ acres in and against the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains. It is a working ranch so there are comings and goings of ranch workers and ranch noises and of course summertime ranch dust!

Our road is bumpy in and steep in areas, but we have never had a guest not make it up here. This cottage is private, even though it is next to our residence. It has a 6' privacy fence. Once inside the gate,you are met with beautiful landscaping and a view of Lake Isabella and the surrounding mountains that are well worth the drive.The cottage is set for 1-2 adults.

We have a private fenced pool and huge yard on the fairway of River Island golf course. Springville is 3 hours North of LA, 3.5 hours south of San Jose in the foothills of the Sierra mountains. We are 90 minutes South of Sequoia National Park and 45 minutes West of Balch Park, home of the largest trees in the world.
