It's quiet, cozy, and feels like you're at a beach-side cottage. The quarters include a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom w/ walk-in shower, laundry, living/dining room, and patio w/ a privacy gate. These amenities aren't shared. The Carriage House also has another guest space. Both are independent including separate entries.
