Modern apartment between Düsseldorf and Cologne

You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

Cozy apartment under the roof via barn cafe

My accommodation is near Cologne (about 20 km) - just outside the gates to the Bergisches Land. The accommodation can be reached by bus and S-Bahn from Cologne in 40` with one change. The bus stop is 30 meters from the house. You will love my accommodation because of the diverse uses in the area (Cologne Fair, Art and Culture, Naturarena Bergisches Land). My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers and business travelers. Unfortunately, no pets are permitted.

Very quietly located in a side street in Witzhelden, directly at Gut Bechhausen, a 300-year-old half-timbered house. On the ground floor is the spacious kitchen and a nice bathroom, on the first floor is the living room and bedroom with two beds 140*200 and 90*200. The balcony overlooking an old barn and the countryside is ideal for chilling. A change of listing is the Superhost status, and the 5-star review are gone for now.

The apartment is tastefully renovated and furnished with attention to detail. It is located in a brick building from 1903, on a quiet street. Within walking distance, there are a variety of shopping opportunities. But you can also be in nature in just a few steps and go hiking directly on the banks of the Wupper or cycling and also nicely stop. By train or car you are in the middle of Cologne in less than half an hour.
