My unit is close to Brisbane city centre, Roma Street train station and South Bank. The unit is fully self contained with a kitchenette, a queen bed in the bedroom, a pull out sofa in the lounge room and two bathrooms. For those travelling on business, it is close to the Brisbane convention centre and CBD. For football fans, it's walking distance to Suncorp Stadium There is also a pool :) Please note - the view is not spectacular. It is of the roof top of the building next door and mountains.
The unit is located in the Park Regis building - a prime spot for holiday makers and those travelling on business or for the football
Beautiful South Bank Parklands is across the river - just a 20 minute walk (1.6 kms) Roma Street Parklands is a 15 minute walk (1.4 km) Queen Street mall is a 15 minute walk (1.2 km) Suncorp Stadium and Caxton Street (restaurants and bars) is also a 15 minute walk (1 km) - Prime spot for Roar fans The Barracks is a five minute walk (450m) - this contains a grocery store, a cinema and restaurants QUT is a 20 minute walk (1.8 km)

  • Lisa has a great apartment with one bedroom and two full bathrooms, In a great location in Brisbane. She’s very helpful and communicates well, she even allowed me drop my bags off early so I could go explore the city. I would stay here again and recommend this place to friends if ever back in town! The air conditioning was also amazing, Given my last two places I stayed didn’t have it. Checking In/ out was quick and easy. Thank you for letting me stay at your place.

    Our Penthouse Studio offers a spacious open plan room, suitable for a single person, couple, family (including babies) and business travellers. Balcony overlooking the fabulous Hinterland views of Brisbane, the entire studio is exclusively yours. ☺ Apartment size: 80m2 Large balcony: with outdoor al fresco dining area. This is an open plan space with the option of a king size bed or 2x single beds. With 2x fold out sofa chair beds available for extra persons at an extra cost. Guests have access to DVD player with DVDs. We also have DVDs suitable for children. For a family with infants and toddlers. I do charge $20 for the use of a Portacot, includes bedsheets and blankets. Please let me know if you wish to have this option so I can set it up prior to your arrival. But if you wish to set up the Portacot yourself and put away, then there is no charge or if your children are sleeping with you. We can set up a play tent upon request. I have a baby bath tub for your convenience. Ceiling fan in lounge space and in bedroom space with remote controls for extra comfort. Kitchenette - stand alone cooktop and stove - microwave - toaster - sandwich maker - jug - coffee plunger - pots, pans, utensils, crockery and more. My building is a hotel/apartment. There is a restaurant at Lobby level, open only for breakfast and serves continental breakfast during weekdays or there is Cafe 63 down the road (3mins walk). Bathroom - bath and hand towels - shampoo & conditioner - body wash - hairdryer. I have a suction grab bar for you to use to assists your balance while entering or exiting the shower. There are no steps in the apartment. Housekeeping is available at an added cost $25. This can be organised during your stay. Extra sheets and towels are available at extra costs.

We are located next door to Mater Private Hospital, near Queensland Children's Hospital 8mins walk down to the heart of Southbank, cafes, restaurants, cinema and shops Approx 15 - 20mins walk to Art galleries, Queensland Museum, QPAC, the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, State Library of Queensland, The Wheel of Brisbane, GOMA and the Gabba Cricket ground 5mins walk down to the Maritime Museum Ferry Terminal – ride on the free CityHopper to the city or cruise part of the Brisbane River 10 mins to Riverstage, Brisbane and Queensland of Technology University Suncorp Stadium is about 3.7km walk away. If you have pre-purchased tickets to Games or Concerts you can travel on the bus for free to and from the stadium. Mater Hill Station is about 5 mins walk from the apartment. Coming back from the stadium, go down to the Bus station and catch the Eight Miles Plains bus (third bus stop - Mater Hill Station).

  • Excellent accomodation in the heart of Brisbane CBD minutes away from good eating, drinking, shopping and places to visit. 10 minute walk from Central Station when getting off the train - no need for an uber. The photos are exactly what you get, a nice little spot in the city and the pool and gym amenities were used especially during the roasting heat. Comfortable to unwind in the evening watching tv and using the aircon as well as taking a relaxing bath. Awesome spot with an amazing view to look out on. Cheers

  • It was a hostel near Southbank, so it only took 10 minutes to walk out and coles mart was nearby. The host was in another country and we were late for check-in time so we could change the check-in time a little bit. Not to mention the clean and nice room, but I think you don't have a hair dryer.   • Vivina's place was at a really convenient location near the Gabba bus station, with several bus routes into and out of the city only a few min walk away. It was clean and tidy, and Vivina was very quick to respond and very helpful with check in instructions. There was a fan in the room and an aircon outside, which didn't get into the room with the door closed. Overall a really good value place to stay if you want to be out during the day and have a nice safe place to sleep.

  • Louise’s place was great respite from the humidity in Brisbane and the rooftop pool is one of the best things I’ve ever seen. It was nice to have little touches like towels and shampoo etc. Only very minor suggestions - I think it might be good to provide extra throw blankets for warmth (there’s an extra doona but that can be bulky). Also I usually expect a smart tv (not a regular tv) these days but it’s my own fault for not checking tbh! Overall this place is amazing value for money if you’re looking for a stylish room in Brisbane’s CBD and we would definitely book again!

    This area is perfect for just an overnight or short stay for guests passing through Brisbane or on their way home by air. With normal traffic conditions it's about 25 minutes by taxi/Uber to the airport. Just note that if you are walking from the station or bus stop, there’s a very steep hill to walk up, not good on a hot day!It’s difficult with a big bag because the footpath also runs out. Just let me know if you are arriving this way and I may be able to pick you up.
    The space is small, but very light filled and has a very private porch directly outside with views of the garden. We do not supply breakfast as such, but there’s a Nespresso machine, toaster, microwave, small fridge and kettle. There is also milk, tea , coffee pods and banana bread or a lovely cafe an easy walk away called “Brisbean”. The garden itself is accessible and pleasant to take a walk around with a pond, chicken house and possibly two little friendly, curious Pomeranians to keep you company ! We also welcome your dog if he/she is small and well behaved. They are allowed inside the room as small dogs are usually used to being inside and there is a grass area just outside for them to do their business. We would appreciate it if you picked up the doo doos because others including ourselves also use that area ! The area is fenced so there is no problem with escapees. We keep our dogs separate if you do bring yours, it is just quieter and safer for all .
    Our neighbourhood is quiet, leafy, family and dog friendly, perfect for taking a walk around if you don't mind hills ! There are great views of the city to be had and breezes in the evenings.

  • The location is perfect! It takes a little time to get to the CBD, which is not too bad, since the way there is already very nice (city hopper or bridge). In addition, you are not far from the Story Bridge as well as the perfect view of the skyline - so you can take a quick look at the city at night! Lee and Damian are very nice. The room is furnished with everything you need and everything is clean. The kitchen and large veranda are also great. Definitely a recommended place to stay!

As stated in the announcement we are not immune to meeting a few small animals (spider, cockroach) that can be very scary when we are not used to it. A lot of people come and go, with a little luck you can meet them and talk. The location at the top of the kangaroo point is really nice, nice view.

    A beautiful private self contained space situated close to all Brisbane has to offer. Shops,restaurants, Roma street bus and train station, central train station are with in 10 min walking distance as is the city. Outstanding location with your own back yard
    The space is your own self comtained area with own access. The location is a 10 minute walk to the city beside Roma Street Parklands and a 20 minute pleasant walk to Suncorp Stadium if your planning to see a concert. We are very close to St Andrews Hospital as a landmark if looking on the map. If coming from the airport catch the air train and disembark at Central Station....walk up little Edward Street and turn left into Leichardt St or catch an uber taxi to Spring Hill around $29.00. However the best option is to pre-book the bus service from Con-x-ion and let the driver know you would like to be dropped off at Summit Apartments on Leichhardt St. The bus stop at the top of the street is where Con-x-ions will drop you off and pick you up to go back to the airport. Walk down the street to number 24 and your here! Cost is 18.00 each way per person which is convenient and less expensive than the train or taxi.     Spring Hil is a great little suburb, it overlooks Brisbane being on the top of a hill. The area has 4 great cafes for breakfast and lunch. Everything is very central and 7/11 / IGA is close by as are restaurants and cafés. There are two swimming pools located in Spring Hill and the area is very safe. There are a lot of international students that stay in this area as we are without the noise of the city and the feel of a funky suburb :) If you're headed to the city it is a 10 minute walk down the hill into town travelling through Roma Street Parkland or straight down the hill to King Georges Square which is a good landmark. If your visiting hospitals, either the Brisbane Private, St Andrews War Memorial or Royal Brisbane Women's Hospital they are all very close. We are also a 20 minute walk to Suncorp Stadium should you be attending a concert or the footy. My partner is a lawyer and Qld supporter and I live the Blues We hope we have given you a bit of an idea about the area and surrounds and hope you'll love Spring Hill as much as we do :)

    Located in Springwood with easy access to the M1 we have a downstairs self contained guest suite with 2 large bedrooms, own bathroom and small functional dining area. One bedroom has a queen sized bed and the other a double. Both have robes, chest of drawers, desk, chair and overhead fans. The queen room also has aircon and TV. The small dining area is equipped with fridge, microwave toaster and kettle and you can prepare light meals and snacks. We supply clean sheets, towels, toiletries and some basic breakfast items. We are also available to: • Prepare home cooked health and nutritious meals for you. I just love to cook and bake and will work with your food preferences and shifts • Assist with washing and ironing if needed • Run errands and undertake essentials shopping • Anything else that makes your life easier. Unfortunately we have both been stood down and can’t do this for free but we have heavily discounted our daily rate and will give further discounts for weekly stays. Meals would be charged at cost.

Walking distance 10 minutes about 800m to fabulous restaurants and bars in West End, 15 minutes to Southbank and 18 minutes to Brisbane City. Relaxed atmosphere, easy going hosts, access to a gorgeous large deck overlooking white, sandy beach pool, tropical gardens. Deck with lounge chairs and upstairs rooftop deck has amazing sunset views to chill out.
    We call it "The Last Resort "because it has its own private beach with silky white sand, pool, huge rear deck with comfy lounges and rooftop deck with views of the river and sunset drinks. West End is a vibrant, alternative, gay friendly area with a wild collections of bars, restaurants, coffee shops and music venues similar to Fitzroy and Surry Hills. The house is white inside and out and catches all the sunrises and sunsets. Your room has a large queen sized bed, and a private ensuite in a white and airy bedroom within a renovated Queenslander house in West End, Brisbane. We live on the same level of the house and our adult children live downstairs. It is so close to the city but so leafy and quiet just near the river but five minutes walking distance to 20 fabulous West End coffee shops, 16 bars and over 40 restaurants. Only 2 kilometres from the centre of the city, all the tourist venues and Southbank Cultural Centre - you can walk, catch a bus or go luxury style in a Rivercat Ferry. We have a limit of 12 days to stay with us because we still love some time to ourselves. We have renovated 5 houses and this is definitely The Last Resort - we don't have another renovation in us! It's bright and white, high ceilinged and airy with tropical gardens. There are plenty of different areas to escape or areas to sit and have a chat. You also have to share the house with two loveable and very friendly white puppies. On the weekends we are happy to share a BBQ and some great Aussie wines or just some advice on the greatest places to go in Brisvegas and tours up and down the coast. Our names are Paula and Rob and we have travelled extensively in Europe Asia and the Carribean. My last adventure was 3 months backpacking around South America and we both love to hear about travel adventures. There is a huge gourmet kitchen if you are into cooking, wireless Internet, street parking and cable in the living room. It's a great location to base yourselves for day trips up to Noosa Heads, Australia Zoo and down to Byron Bay. The buses leave not far from here and if we are around we can drop you at the station.
    Quiet, leafy residential area of Brisvegas full of birdlife, possums and bush turkeys with a view of the river. Close to quirky, eclectic, fabulous bars, live music venues, at least 30 restaurants all within 10-15 minutes walking distance.
  • The Last Resort is a lovely apartment in the heart of Brisbane, close to the Brisbane River and South Bank Parklands. Paula and Thommo are lovely hosts and we felt very much welcomed. The outdoor pool sandy beach is quite the surprise in this inner city retreat. Loved the rooftop view of the Brissie river. Bedroom and bathroom is very comfortable... just one point ....make sure you use the mozzie repellant as no screens on windows...the mozzies do like me. Highly recommend this airbnb.   • Sabrina’s place really great. Comes with all the things you’d need. From the carpark, to the lift, washing machine, wifi etc. Checking in was easy too; just have to follow instructions closely. Balcony’s got a wonderful view of the city. However the trains get a bit noisy at night (not an issue for us because we’re heavy sleepers). Sabrina replies real quickly. Appreciate that very much. The shower was awesome and some of the best water pressure I’ve had. Our hosts were lovely and didn’t hesitate to help us even with the smallest things. Easy check in and easy check out.

  • What a Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. So close to everything and in a lovely neighbourhood with lots of great restaurants. The view was mesmerising even in bad weather. I felt very spoilt staying there. Key pick up was very easy and apartment is very close to south Brisbane station direct from the airport. The apartment is very stylish and comfortable although I spent most of my time sitting on the balcony admiring the view.

  • This place has the most gorgeous view! The apartment itself is beautifully furnished with fantastic utilities. Make sure you use the rooftop pool; it is amazing. The apartment is so well located. We rented a car, but probably didn't need to. Brisbane is on your doorstep. The cafe downstairs makes a a great coffee and the kitchen is very well equipped, so we made our own brekky and ate it on the gorgeous balcony, overlooking the city. This place is amazing, thank you so much! See you next time!

The on site outdoor pool area is delightful and well maintained and a real bonus after a day exploring the city.     This fully air conditioned accommodation is in a perfect location, 4km from Brisbane CBD, great for inner city living without the hustle and bustle. Suited to singles, couples or small families.     The garden is a dominant feature of the space. Both the deck area and the tea house provide views of the garden which is relaxing and private. Guests have their own private access to the living area which is fully air conditioned. Enjoy a cool beverage on the spacious deck after a day of sightseeing, meetings/work.
    The neighbourhood is close to parks. The green space at the back of the house leads to a small park. Then crossing the road at the end of the street is a larger park, playground and coffee shops, just a 50 metre walk. The neighbourhood is quiet and leafy. A short drive will take you to the Mt Cootha Botanic Gardens then drive to the top of Mt Cootha for magnificent views of Brisbane and enjoy a drink/lunch/dinner at the Mt Cootha Lookout restaurant.
