Situated within the village of Talgarth, nestled in the foothills of the Black mountains in the Brecon Beacons national park. Just 10 miles from Brecon to the West and 7 miles from the famous book town Hay on Wye to the East. Situated in a very quiet back lane with parking in front of property for one car, ( additional parking available 200 meters down the road.) Cosy lounge with leather sofa and comfy chairs, log burner for cwtching on an evening. Modern kitchen. Downstairs toilet, dining room, garden with seating, two bedrooms, one double and two singles which can be made up to a double if you wish.
