The main room has a wood burner and there is a patio outside; there is a parking space for 1 car and there is also ample free parking in the village car park

The house is in the middle of beautiful Devon countryside, on 100 acres of land not far from a small town. There are good pubs nearby and the house is a mile from the Bear Trail. Only 7 minutes drive to the National Trust's Killerton House. The Nearest station is Tiverton Parkway, 10 minutes drive. Only 25 minutes drive from the centre of Exeter. One of the UKs most attractive cities. The nearest beach is at least 40 minutes away so this location is not suitable for a beach holiday.
