Herzlich Willkommen in unserem kleinen aber feinen Kellerappartement, hier ist es hell und bietet auf 35qm genug Platz zum erholen. In unserer Umgebung und schöner Allgäuer Landschaft finden sich genug Freizeitangebote wie Radeln, Skifahren, Langlauf, Wandern, Seen etc. In ca. 20-30 min sind die schönen Berge und Seen erreichbar und die schöne Stadt Kempten liegt ca. 10 min entfernt. Bäcker und CAP Markt sind direkt im Ort. Den schönen Bergblick darf man im Untergeschoss jedoch nicht erwarten.

Hi ! The flat is suitable for up to 4 people or a small family with 1-2 kids. We renovated the flat completely in 2019. You will have access to a terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. A large bedroom and dining room from which the small kitchen and the newly renovated bathroom depart. 1.40 m bed, small desk, TV (via internet only) and Wi-Fi. New bathroom with walk-in shower and a lot of space. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine etc. A parking space is not part of the apartment. However, there is a public parking garage (Burgstraße 20) two streets away for about 10 euros per day.
