The holiday house has 160 sqm living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 persons. It is located in the middle of Leipzig's Neuseenland on Lake Hainer, 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 sqm dining/living room with huge windows, long dining table and fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for social days in a larger circle. For the children, there are many books, toys, and a play floor.

Our cozy house is located at the gates of Leipzig in the beautiful Muldental. This provides a good starting point for walking and exploring numerous bike paths and swimming lakes. But also shopping and sightseeing tours are not too short, because Leipzig is only about 20 minutes away. The city center can be easily reached by S-Bahn, the stop is about a 10-minute walk away. Shopping and restaurant are a maximum of 10 min drive away.
