"The Little Barn" Quiet countryside apartment

Welcome to La Petite Grange, a newly renovated gîte, in the quiet countryside of Arras. In an independent part of our barn, you will enjoy a new and functional two-story apartment, designed to comfortably accommodate 3 to 4 people (maximum 5). It is located in the center of the village, 10 minutes from Arras, 30 minutes from Lille and 1 hour 30 minutes from the Côte d'Opale. It is also located in the heart of the main historical sites of remembrance and battle of the First World War.

La Fabrique Apartment

Residence with parking (closed between 10pm and 6am, access by code). Living room/kitchen: 2-seater sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, electric oven, city gas stove, kettle, Senseo coffee maker, microwave, dishes for 4. Bedroom 1: 140 x 190 double bed with quality mattress, wardrobe. Bathroom: shower, sink, toilet, washing machine. (access to the bathroom is through bedroom 1). Mezzanine bedroom (under slope): single bed. Access via a steep staircase. Connected lockbox.

The Grenier de la Ferme de Villers.

Come and relax in a spacious place in the countryside with all the comforts and amenities within 5 minutes by car. Walks, caves, Bapaume underground. Come and visit South Artois, close to the history of the First World War, the Battle of the Somme and the Vimy Ridge. In a triangle between Amiens, Cambrai and Arras, you will discover the various museums and hikes. Amiens, the Hortillons, its macaroons, the Bêtises de Cambrai, Arras and its large squares.

Between Cambrai and Arras, in a small quiet and charming village, spend a night and/or a stay in a cottage converted into a studio, on my wooded and fenced property. You will have all the amenities, equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room. You will enjoy the view of the Bourlon Forest and the surrounding silence. Respecting the tranquility and peaceful environment, you will spend a pleasant time in the middle of nature. Closed parking space.

Apartment for 1–4 people

Apartment in a typical Artois farmhouse, for 1 to 4 people, consisting of a kitchen and dining area. Bedroom 1 with double bed, TV, bedroom 2 with single bed and sofa bed, with desk area. Bathroom with shower and sink. Located between Arras and Bapaume, 25 minutes from Peronne and 20 minutes from Albert. We are on the GR145 route, the Via Francigena Local shops in the municipality: Bakery, local grocery store, a chip shop and a pizza kiosk.

Les Galets 1, in the heart of nature

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Les Galets is a beautiful cottage in the middle of the Picardy countryside. Between Amiens and Arras, this cottage is perfectly located for visiting the World War I memorial sites of Somme and Pas-de-Calais. Surrounded by fields and greenery, it invites you to hike, bike or relax in the enclosed garden. Les Galets is divided into two refurbished cottages, fully equipped.

"Alfalfa" studio on the farm

Located in the courtyard of an active farm, on the Cambrai/Bapaume axis: 15 min from Cambrai, 15 min from Bapaume, 35 min from Douai and 30 min from Arras by car, in a small village in the countryside. Possibility to park the vehicle in the closed courtyard, new studio, spacious, ideal for 2 people. Pets allowed; we have three nice dogs on the farm as well as horses.

Ground floor studio

Inside the guest house you have a nice studio room with independent entrance. You have your own bathroom and kitchenette. There is 1 single bed, 1 armchair, 1 dressing room and a desk The room gives access via a vestibule to the terrace behind for the sunny days where you will meet our dog Thaïs and our 2 chickens.

Small studio ideal for 1 person

Pleasant new small studio for 1 person, on the ground floor on the street side, you will appreciate its location near the TGV station and the University, just a 5-minute walk away. Due to its size, it is ideal for 1 person, but can be suitable for 2 people for short stays.
