Comfy Queen size bed w/ bedding linens, towels, Full sized fridge, ceiling fan, first aid kit, toilet paper, iron, blow dryer, and a water filter. I don't do long term rentals for the summer but please message me if you'd like to do a long term rental from October-May :)
For some reason the better pics I took weren't able to upload so I can airbnb message them after you book upon request. The place is nice and 99% of people really like the lodging. The room, it's full bathroom, and full kitchen is private and located in the flat with a private entrance. Has a queen bed that's clean and refreshing. There is plenty of natural light during the day from the windows and curtains for privacy. Open Concept. There is a full gas stove, oven, pots/pans, microwave, toaster oven, as well as all the basic cooking utensils. There is everything from spices to cook with to silverware and plates/bowls. Fully functional kitchen and a table to cook and enjoy a nice meal on. There is no cleaning fee so I highly encourage guests if they are able to follow the easy 3 step check out procedure to help expedite turn overs so that guests can quickly check in after you. Due to parking space limitations, if you bring more than one car, then please park your cars in back of each other instead of taking another parking space.
During the summer, many come from all over to enjoy the beautiful weather and beaches for a time of relaxation and unwinding. Wells is a very laid-back and welcoming place to vacation due to its beaches and the people that live here; having a reputation for being the friendliest town in Maine :) Wells also offers local mom&pop shops, delicious dinners and restaurants along Route 1.

  • You absolutely cannot beat this place for the money. Really good-sized studio space with a huge kitchen and Roku TV, which is great. Everything's really clean and well kept up. Bring your own K-cups, but the Keurig was also a nice touch. Loved staying here for 3 nights and would absolutely stay again any time I'm in the area.

This wonderful 800 Sq. ft. newly constructed studio has so much to offer including: a new queen futon bed/couch; full private bath, outside shower, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, A/C, Smart TV(with cable), Blue Ray player, Bluetooth speaker, foosball coffee table, ping pong & pool tables. Located on Lake Caroline & 5 min walk to the ocean in beautiful Cape Neddick, ME. Just minutes away from 4 local beaches, restaurants & Outlet Shopping. 1 hour drive from Boston, MA or Portland, ME.
This was our recent dream addition. It is located above our garage with lots of natural light and has its own entrance. It was a long time in the making as we did the finish work ourselves including installation of hard wood floors and tile in the bathroom and hallway, painting and trim work. York and the immediate surrounding towns have a large variety of activities including; surfing, scuba diving, biking, ocean walks, outlet shopping in Kittery, & boutique shopping in Ogunquit.
We live on a quiet dead end dirt road with eight other homes on Lake Caroline. Don't be surprised to see deer, wild turkeys, foxes, beavers or turtles around the neighborhood.
  • This is a very special studio near the ocean. Great hosts! We will go back!

    Judy2020-03-01T00:00:00Z

  • The condo was in a great location. Nice walk to Ogunquit town center. We enjoyed walking marginal way. The space was cozy and comfortable. We loved the drop-down bed! The condo was a close drive to other nearby Maine sites.

  • This is the place to stay if you want a quick affordable and enjoyable spot. Loved the location! The only challenge was no stove for a family who loves to cook but they do offer many plug in options. This place was just right for us. Hope it is for you too!

    Megan2019-08-28T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely place close to Perkins Cove!

    Stacey2019-08-25T00:00:00Z
  • Great location with easy walk to picturesque Perkins Cove. Secure area. Condo was good fit for two adults. Great to have access to beach chairs! (Be prepared for potential need to bring your own linens and toiletries). Owners were very responsive. Great value!

    Kristin2019-08-09T00:00:00Z
  • Great location, close to grocery stories, beaches and restaurants. The space was clean and simple. Phil texted us to see if there was anything we needed. He was there to answer any questions we had. Couldn’t ask for much more from a host..

    Al2019-07-16T00:00:00Z
  • This charming first floor studio is situated minutes from Perkins Cove, downtown Ogunquit, and York. The unit is small yet it met all our needs. A tiny “kitchen” area was great for making coffee, toast, and reheating leftovers from the area’s great restaurants! There is an AC unit but we didn’t use it—a small ceiling fan provided a comfortable breeze when Mother Nature did not. Phil and Marie were easy to work with and lived up to their “super host” status. They appointed the unit thoughtfully and left instructions for parking, laundry and grilling. All-in-all a great stay and value! Jeanne and Jim

Nestled in the woods of the southern coast of Maine, a retreat, a respite, a getaway. This historic house dates from 1890 but you’ll find the interiors a tad contemporary. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one an ensuite), a cook's kitchen, and an open plan creates a comfortable space for kicking back. And since we love the outdoors too, a private patio and large backyard helps make the most of the serene surroundings. The Downstairs at The Bracy House lets you recharge in a little piece of Maine.
This is a slightly different home than you’ll find in other parts of coastal Maine. We’re an architect and a founder of a felt company who have an affinity for the North Atlantic coast and contemporary Nordic design. Built by Horace H. Bracy in the nineteenth century, The Bracy House remained in the Bracy family until two thousand sixteen and underwent an extensive renovation. This two-family house has one two-bedroom, two-bath unit on the first floor and another two-bedroom, two-bath unit on the second floor. This listing is for the first floor unit, which features a separate entrance and private patio. Love The Downstairs at The Bracy House but your preferred dates aren't available or you'd like to have the run of the whole house? Visit our profile page to see all three listings: airbnb.com/users/53069415/listings Check us out on Instagram @thebracyhouse and #thebracyhouse. THE FLOOR PLAN Wake up in the Maine woods. The Downstairs features an open plan including a living room, dining room, and kitchen with two bedrooms. A master bedroom features a queen size bed and ensuite full bath with shower with windows that wrap the room with views of the woods. The second bedroom also includes a queen size bed and a second full bath features a bathtub. Each bedroom includes a large closet with hanging and shelf storage so no need to pack lightly. The chef's kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, range, dishwasher, and microwave with dinnerware and cookware. Movies nights galore in the cozy living room with LED TV and an Apple TV to stream to your heart's content. The design is practical New England with a Scandinavian spin. Artwork features seasides, swimming facilities, some rather dashing bearded men, and, oh, and we threw in a shot of Iceland for good measure. Looking for a little outside time? Lounge on a sunny chaise or get the grill going on the patio that's all your own (from May to October 'cause it does snow in Maine). THE LOCATION Need a quick getaway? The Bracy House is just a hop, skip, and a jump from Boston (1 hr 20 min), New York City (4 hr 50 min), or Montreal (5 hr 30 min). We're nestled in the quiet, wooded village of Cape Neddick but within a short drive (or bike ride) to the restaurants, shops, beaches, and attractions of the southern Maine seacoast. THE AMENITIES The little things make life better. Free Wi-Fi, high definition LED TV with Apple TV, bed linens and towels, luxurious shampoo, conditioner & body wash, fully equipped kitchen, locally roasted coffee & organic teas, central air conditioning, Nest thermostats and smoke detectors, and 24-hour check in via Nest x Yale smart locks are all included. THE DESIGN We're designophiles, we admit it. While we value The Bracy House’s long history, you’ll find the interiors decidedly contemporary. On vacations, we’ll be found in Berlin, Copenhagen, Helsinki, or Reykjavik and find that the southern Maine coast reminds us of these places with its natural beauty and urbane amenities. We have filled the house with furniture and objects from the likes of BluDot, Bob's Your Uncle, HAY, Heath Ceramics, Hem, Knoll, Marimekko, Menu, Muuto, Paper Collective, and Vitra (just to name a few.) Plus we’ve stashed some of our favorite books including the biographies of Kim Gordon and Yayoi Kusama (rock stars and artists don't live dull lives) along with cookbooks from Dan Barber and Magnus Nilsson should the culinary mood strike. And because you're in Maine, a few survival guides are thrown in to keep things interesting. 'CAUSE WE THINK MAINE IS PRETTY GREAT We love Maine and so we've stocked up on local finds including Angela Adams pillows and Tandem coffee from Portland, Portsmouth's White Heron tea, books that feature Maine makers and authors, plus cookbooks from The Lost Kitchen and Salt Water Farm. Really want to get in the Maine mood? Maine Calling is a Maine Public Radio podcast worth a listen.
Maine's southernmost coastal towns—Kittery, the Yorks, Ogunquit, the Kennebunks, and Old Orchard Beach—are home to miles of sandy beaches sheltered along the rocky coastline of the North Atlantic, historic villages, and kitschy arcades and taffy shops. The Bracy House is located in the Cape Neddick part of The Yorks (the four villages of York Harbor, York Village, York Beach, and Cape Neddick) on the southern Maine seacoast. Our secluded little spot provides a quiet retreat but the hustle and bustle of Ogunquit or York are just minutes away. Distances to nearby towns: 1.2 miles (1.9 km) from Perkins Cove 1.8 miles (2.9 km) from Ogunquit Center 7 miles (11.2 km) from York Center 14 miles (22.5 km) from Kittery and Portsmouth OGUNQUIT Meaning “beautiful place by the sea” in indigenous Abenaki, Ogunquit was a fishing village and later an artist’s colony in the late 1880s. The picturesque village features the Ogunquit Museum of American Art, summer stock Ogunquit Playhouse, the shops, art galleries, restaurants, and ocean excursions at Perkins Cove. The Marginal Way, a coastal walking path along the Atlantic, connects Perkins Cove to the town center and Ogunquit Beach (one of the Top 25 Beaches in the United States). YORK Originally settled in 1624, York is the second oldest town in Maine. The town is home to three golf courses and the four sandy beaches of Long Sands Beach, Short Sands Beach, York Harbor Beach, and Cape Neddick Beach. Other attractions include Cape Neddick’s 1879 Nubble Light, hiking and mountain biking at Mount Agamenticus (affectionately known as “Big A”), the historic Museums of Old York, Stonewall Kitchen Cooking School, and renowned restaurants and lobster pounds. KITTERY & PORTSMOUTH Kittery, Maine and Portsmouth, New Hampshire—both located on either side of the mouth of the Piscataqua River—are just South of the house. Settled in 1623, Portsmouth was once one of the nation's busiest ports and shipbuilding cities. Its picturesque streets are filled with Colonial, Georgian, and Federal architecture filled with shops and restaurants. Kittery Point is across the river and includes some of the region's best restaurants—in our opinion—along with quaint shops, a cozy (and tiny) bar, and two of the best bakeries around. ELSEWHERE Looking to go a bit farther afield? Portland is just a stone’s throw away or Boston—where we call home—is easily accessible for a day trip.
  • The Bracy house was perfect for our stay, close by to a ton places by yet still secluded. Traci was quick to response to every inquiry and offer suggestions. You can tell they put a lot of effort into the place by all the details. Would recommend this place to others.

    Nana2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed 5 lovely and peaceful nights at Bracey House. From the moment we booked, Traci was very helpful, informative, responsive, and timely. Check-in was seamless. Traci really knows how to use all the features of AirBnb to design a great experience over and above the beautiful, well-maintained property itself. Bracey House is just what we wanted and more. The design is Nordic, minimal, clean, and bright. Everything is immaculate. The property is set back a little in the woods and quiet. Ultra comfortable beds and linens, good water pressure in the bathroom showers. Lovely touches everywhere, all curated with her design sensibility that delights and invites you to explore. Traci is a foodie as are we, so her Southern Main Guide on AirBnB was indispensable. We went to Walkers, which is a 10 minute drive from the house, and is a foodie destination, and that we highly recommend to anyone staying at Bracey House. The Marginal Way and Perkins Cove are very close. Portsmouth is also close 15-20 minutes. We went to Portland a few times also, about a 40-minute drive. Technology was great, with a Nest thermostat, Apple TV, Flat screen TV, a bluetooth speaker we used for music. You can sign in with your NetFix and Amazon Prime accounts to watch your own content. Traci and her husband are non-intrusive and respectful of guests’ privacy, and they know just how much contact is needed to make your stay wonderful. When we needed them, they were there to reply, or to communicate some helpful info. Bracey House is a haven from the world, and Traci and her husband have crafted an experience that I highly recommend to anyone staying in southern Maine!

  • Great place in a nice location.

    Thomas2019-12-28T00:00:00Z
  • I can’t thank Tracy and Adam enough for their outstanding hospitality. We were stranded from Winter Storm Ezekiel and we couldn’t get a flight out for 2 days. They graciously let us stay another 2 days, they made sure the entrance was cleared and they even cleared off our car. I’ve never stayed anywhere with such hospitable hosts. It was all worth it though! Absolutely fabulous experience :-)

    Mj2019-12-03T00:00:00Z
  • Traci’s place is amazing - a beautiful house (125 years old!) that Traci and Adam turned into something even more beautiful, in an area that is spectacular. Unfortunately, during our stay, almost 200.000 houses lost power for almost 48 hours, including the Bracy House, due to a massive storm, but Traci and Adam could not have been more helpful and supportive whilst we waited for the power to return!

    Bart2019-10-21T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely designed house, a rarity in a Kitsch laden tourist region. Sparkling clean, exactly as the pictures, spacious, quiet location in the woods, yet only a few minutes drive from Ogunquit/Perkins cove and the beaches. Ample closet space in each bedroom with lots of hangers, very well stocked large kitchen and nicely curated library. Nice deck with great BBQ, modern installation for controlling central air heating/cooling. Probably the nicest Airbnb in southern Maine.

Ranked as Airbnb's #1 "Place to Stay" in Ogunquit for 2019. New in 2020: Light-blocking blinds (main BR) and updated porch. Wake up refreshed and ready for your day in coastal Maine in this colorful, clean cottage about a mile from the beach. Totally renovated, updated, & full of natural light, this fun cottage includes bed linens, towels, a charcoal grill, private garden, and seasonal use of the heated pool. Ogunquit village, beach, and Perkins Cove are all a 25-min walk / 6-min bike away.
Ours is a traditional little (275 square feet) Maine cottage with a clean, modern update. It has all new hardware, fixtures, butcher block counters, and bright painting throughout. Enjoy high-speed WiFi, SmartTV (BYO logins for Netflix, YouTube, etc.), air conditioning, light-blocking blinds in the main bedroom, original photography, unique coastal artwork, custom accents, and complimentary coffee & tea. Chill on the new porch, relax by the pool (open seasonally), have a picnic on a blanket on the lawn, make s'mores around the firepit at night, or explore the expansive woods behind the cottage.
Our cottage is in an ideal location: close enough to everything but just far enough away to enjoy plenty of peace and quiet - it is the best of both worlds. The cottage is in a small community with other similar cottages. Relax by the pool, have a picnic on a blanket on the lawn, make s'mores around the firepit at night, or explore the expansive woods behind the cottage. Walk 20 mins to Perkins Cove or 20-25 minutes to the town of Ogunquit (a small portion of the walk along Route 1 does not have a sidewalk). You'll find shops, restaurants, and amazing ocean views in both places. From downtown Ogunquit, it is a 3-minute walk to the Beach (avoid having to look for and pay for parking by walking). Or you can bike there in 6 minutes. You can also walk the incredible Marginal Way, a one-mile oceanfront path rated as the #1 attraction on TripAdvisor, from Perkins Cove to Ogunquit. The world-famous Ogunquit Playhouse is an 8-minute walk from the cottage. Also nearby is Nubble Light, York Beach, Wells Beach, and Kennebunkport. Or spend the day shopping in the Kittery outlets! You can also take the bus from NYC! The bus departs from Port Authority and drops off just 6 minutes (walking) from the cottage. Check out E&J bus lines for more info.
  • Greg’s place was the perfect spot for our long weekend getaway! He provided helpful directions, local suggestions and his place was exactly what we wanted in a quaint New England cottage! The location was perfect! Safe, and close enough to local eateries and shops, but a bit off the road so that it was peaceful at night. We would absolutely stay here again!

    Laura2019-10-20T00:00:00Z
  • Blueberry Cottage was so perfect for our stay. Prior to arriving a was concerned that the small space might become a problem since we were staying for 4 days but it was arranged so well and every detail of the layout thought through that it was perfect. The decor of the cottage was cute, cozy & purposeful. Greg responded quickly and communicated anything we needed to know about our stay. We loved having a glass of wine on the front porch in the evening. The location was great!

    Cheryl2019-10-09T00:00:00Z
  • We spent a few days in the cottage for a wedding and I cannot day enough good things about it! It was decorated perfectly and was such a cozy space! We will DEFINITELY be back for our next trip to Maine!

    Kari2019-10-05T00:00:00Z
  • A wonderfully cute cottage. Close to everything, yet peaceful. My favorite time was sipping coffee watching the sun rise and listening to the birds. Greg & Mark are superb hosts. I'll definitely come back!

    Deborah2019-09-30T00:00:00Z
  • Very quaint cottage, nicely decorated as seaside cottage, WiFi , Netflix , sun porch, very clean, has needed amenities, sweet place to stay. I would recommend Blueberry Cottage. Christine

    Christine2019-09-17T00:00:00Z
  • Very cozy and had everything you need to enjoy a relaxing experience in Maine!

    Kristen2019-09-12T00:00:00Z
  • The cottage was super cute and clean! Outside area was adorable with beautiful plants and flowers and very close to all the restaurants and stores. We had a lovely time.

    Brenda2019-09-10T00:00:00Z
  • This is the cutest cottage ever, very stylish! And Greg is an excellent host, super responsive. The front porch is delightful and we were practically the only people at the pool during our stay. It's also a huge plus that it's walking distance to Ongunguit (20-25 minutes) and the Ongunquit Playhouse (10 minutes)...traffic can be terrible driving into town. I think this house is best for a couple, because there is no common area except the kitchen (there is a little setup for two people to sit in the bigger bedroom) and you have to walk into the second bedroom to get to the bathroom. But a totally adorable place!

Tucked away in the woods along a stretch of rocky coastline, this hidden retreat is the perfect place to truly get away. Located midway between Ogunquit and York, guests can enjoy all the amenities of the towns, yet return to the quiet and peaceful seclusion of the Peaceful Coastal Retreat. Listen to the waves crash and the birds chirp as you gaze into the surrounding forrest or the star speckled sky; there is no place more perfect to relax and experience the magnificent Maine coastline.
The suite is located at the dead end of a long road. The only visitors you can expect are wild turkeys and deer.
  • Michele’s suite was clean and comfortable, in a quiet, picturesque location very close to the shore. We had a wonderful stay.

    Hill2019-10-26T00:00:00Z
  • We thoroughly enjoyed a weekend in this wonderful accommodation. Nestled in the trees away from traffic but close enough for a trip to the beach. There were many thoughtful touches and while giving us total privacy the owners were available should we have needed anything.

    Amanda2019-10-20T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing stay!

    Skyler2019-10-18T00:00:00Z
  • Great location, secluded and beautiful surrounding area. Close to downtown Ogunquit. Michele was very helpful at check in. The place itself has everything you need and is very nice. Would definitely stay again!

    Brett2019-10-16T00:00:00Z
  • This place is truly wonderful in every regard. I want to begin with the level of considerate and thoughtful hospitality offered by Michele and Chris. We arrived during a real weather change, from lovely to wet and blustery. Michele met us outside with umbrellas and rain ponchos, and helped us haul our luggage up to the apartment. She could not have done more to help us. The apartment itself is really lovely and modern. The kitchen is well stocked and it is easy to find everything. There were some treats available for snacking, and there were eggs, milk, and half and half in the frig. The bed is fantastic. The bathroom is great, with a huge shower, lots of towels and shower products. The whole offering was very generous. The apartment is attached to the house, but we had complete privacy, and never heard a sound from the house. At the same time, when we needed help with the TV, Michele and Chris were there in two seconds. The home is located at the end of a beautiful road, and is met by lovely woods as the edge of their property. You can hear the sounds of the coast. It is tranquil and peaceful, and great to use as a home base for day trips. You can’t go wrong with this place. The apartment and its hosts are the very definition of helpful and thoughtful hospitality, in a lovely and idyllic setting. We were very sorry to leave!

  • Michele has such a cute place in Cape Neddick. It was clean and accomidated all our needs. She was even gracious enough to let us check in early so we could get ready for a wedding we had to attend the same day! We loved our Little Maine adventure here

Just a short walk from Perkins Cove, this light filled, completely updated end unit is a perfect getaway. Every square inch has been tastefully remodeled with new flooring, furniture, kitchen cabinets, counter-tops and appliances. A newly installed, top of the line murphy bed provides a restful retreat. Nestled on the Ogunquit York border, you have award winning restaurants, attractions, and beaches at your doorstep!
  • Shelbys place is top notch. Very stylish and private. Amazing location. The most comfortable bed! We love our stay here.

  • We had a great stay at Shelby. The condo is very nice, quiet, very well equipped and is great location. We were sensitive to the quality of the welcome, small attention and responsiveness of exchanges. Very good ratio / quality for the region We will recommend without hesitation your condo to our friends!

    Nicolas2019-10-14T00:00:00Z
  • Shelby's place was lovely. Very stylish and comfortable. The murphy bed was awesome and so comfortable. Loved it! The location is a short 6-7 minute walk to the drawbridge....quiet and away from the crowds yet easy to get to Perkins Cove and environs. Quiet building and the unit has a lot of privacy. Definitely recommend a stay here.

    Kathleen2019-10-10T00:00:00Z
  • Shelby’s condo is a delightful respite from the hustle and bustle of Ogunquit village. Less than a 10 minute walk from Perkins Cove, you have full access to the amenities there without the hassles of finding a parking space!! This was very important to us! You also have access to the trolley serving downtown Ogunquit from Perkins Cove. The unit itself is beautifully decorated and furnished, and an extremely restful space to stay in. The pull down Murphy bed was very comfortable, and allowed room for a very pleasant living room space. As it is an end unit, the natural light is very lovely, and the woods view pleasant indeed. Upon checking in we found that there were a few additional items we needed for our stay, and they were promptly provided. Shelby also provided some excellent recommendations for restaurants in the area. Communication with Shelby was easy and timely. All in all, a most pleasant experience! Would definitely repeat. 👍

Nestled in the woods of the southern coast of Maine, a retreat, a respite, a getaway. This historic house dates from 1890 but you’ll find the interiors a tad contemporary. This entire house has two separate units with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, two kitchens, and two living rooms that create a comfortable house for kicking back. And since we love the outdoors too, a private patio and large backyard helps make the most of the serene surroundings close to beaches and coastal villages.
This two-family house has one two-bedroom, two-bath unit on the first floor and another two-bedroom, two-bath unit on the second floor with separate entrances off the front porch. A little too much house? The Downstairs and The Upstairs units are available for rent individually: airbnb.com/users/53069415/listings Check us out on Instagram @thebracyhouse and #thebracyhouse. THE FLOOR PLAN You have the run of the house with the whole shebang (i.e. the whole house). This rental includes the entire four-bedroom, four-bath home—with two separate units, it's perfect for two families traveling together or a large group of friends. A master bedroom and second bedroom are located on each floor with queen size beds and ensuite full master bath with shower. The second full bath on each level features a bathtub. Each bedroom includes a large closet with hanging and shelf storage. The two (yes, two) kitchens include a full-size refrigerator, range, dishwasher, and microwave with basic dinnerware and cookware. And each of the two living rooms includes comfy seating with LED TVs and Apple TVs to stream to your heart's content. Rejoice as one can launder to their heart's content in the onsite laundry room. And the front porch, patio, and backyard are all yours (well, yours and our resident chipmunk). Free Wi-Fi, two high definition LED TVs with Apple TVs, bed linens and towels, luxurious shampoo, conditioner & body wash, two fully equipped kitchens, locally roasted coffee & organic teas, central air conditioning, Nest thermostats and smoke detectors, and 24-hour check in via Nest x Yale smart locks are all included. 'CAUSE WE THINK MAINE IS PRETTY GREAT We love Maine, and so we've stocked up on local finds including Angela Adams pillows and Tandem coffee from Portland, Portsmouth's White Heron tea, books that feature Maine makers and authors, plus cookbooks from The Lost Kitchen and Salt Water Farm.
  • This was the perfect gathering place over New Years with my friends. The space is beautiful and spacious with flexibility to both gather and offer privacy. We made great use of the kitchen and dining spaces and took advantage of the close proximity to downtown Ogunquit as well. I highly recommend and plan to stay again in the future.

  • The Bracy House stay was amazing. Traci was super responsiveness, the home was everything she said it was and she had the perfect balance of being in touch and available without being overburdening. This great home is a great balance of new and old and was the perfect stay for our recent winter vacation in Maine.

    Patrick2019-12-15T00:00:00Z
  • The Bracy House is awesome! Clean, comfortable and located in a very cool area just down the road from Ogunquit and other places of interest. It was fall when we visited and the scenery was breath taking!

    Jon2019-10-14T00:00:00Z
  • Traci’s place is beautiful! It’s sparkling clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is quiet and relaxing but still very close to town, beaches, restaurants, shopping, etc. We had a wonderful stay and hope to visit again!

    Jeannie2019-08-17T00:00:00Z
  • We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Traci's place. The space is clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and stylish. Renting out both sides of the house worked out great for a big group of us and Traci was very helpful whenever we needed anything. We would definitely stay again if we get the chance!

    Ilze2019-06-28T00:00:00Z
  • This space was designed perfectly for a relaxing Maine vacation. We split the unit (upstairs/downstairs) with our extended family and it’s perfectly separated with equal space/amenities in both units. It was clean, modern, and thoughtful in every way. The home itself is perfectly situated between ogunquit and York, but set back on a long driveway surrounded by flowers and trees we could spot from every window. It was extremely peaceful to be at the home away from the crowds that populate Maine in the summer (we didn’t even stay during high season). The hosts even provided a pack n play and Tripp trap high chair for the kids. My husband and I have stayed in Airbnb’s all over the US and Europe, and this is one of the best we have booked. We’ll be back!

    Caitlin2019-06-02T00:00:00Z
  • The Bracy House is simply wonderful. Tucked back in the woods, this stylish space easily accommodated our family of 6 adults and two youngsters. We made big family dinners every evening, made easily with all the appliances and do dads one needs to prepare food. Easily accessible to beaches and trails and Ogunqit restaurants, we were never short of things to do. Highly recommend.

The cottage is centrally located to some of the best restaurants the York/Ogunquit have to offer. The cottage is a perfect size for 2 people with all the comforts of home.

  • An adorable home in a location that is close to everything that we love. A minute or 2 drive from the beautiful Ogunquit beach, restaurants, and boutiques. The location is very quiet and has all of the things needed to kick back and relax. It has all of the modern conveniences with a rustic feel to it. It feels as though you are in the woods hanging out on the front porch or by the fire pit , and grilling your dinner. But hey, if you want to watch the smart tv, crank the heat or a/c and microwave your popcorn, then nobody is judging. Rick is the ultimate host, he leaves unexpected treats , even for the dog! He is very friendly with great information about the area, and his response time is immediate!

    Jim2019-10-09T00:00:00Z
  • Rick’s cottage was so comfortable and cozy! I arrived with my dogs and they immediately found cookies left for them and I found treats left for me too. My dogs loved the open space to explore right in the backyard. It’s super convenient, right off Rt 1 only a short drive away from Ogunquit and Kittery. There’s tons of dinning, attractions and shopping just a short drive away. Rick responded to any questions within minutes. The cottage was very clean and inviting. I had everything thing I needed and then some. It was a great place to decompress after long days of a dog training seminar which brought me to this area! I had such a enjoyable time, it makes me want to own a cottage as well, in this location :)

    Jill2019-10-06T00:00:00Z
  • Ricks place was perfect, it was close to York about less than 15 mins to pretty much anything you wanted to do. Ample parking, good piece of land for the dog to roam. We made breakfast and lunch at the cabin everyday, the kitchen had sufficient things to cook with. He left us a bag of coffee from Maine, it was delicious. The entire place was so cute and quaint. He was also very responsive when we needed him.

    Laura2019-09-28T00:00:00Z
  • For 2 adults and a toddler with a mini aussie, this was just fine! The cottage was very clean and cozy. My toddler loved the area! I'd rebook again!

    Jenn2019-09-19T00:00:00Z
  • The cottage is quite adequate but somewhat lacking in privacy. Everything needed for comfort is provided and the cottage was very clean.

    Kenneth2019-09-16T00:00:00Z
  • Great little cabin located near downtown Ogunquit. Well equipped and clean. Good for two people. Part of a cabin community that includes a pool, also woods and field nearby for peaceful walk. Community is right off Rte 1 so there is traffic noise.

  • We had a great stay it this very roomy house. It is in a great location near Short Sands and Nubble Lighthouse.

  • This is an amazing place with great beach views and only 1 block from the beach. The house has loads of charm and tons of beds. I was surprised to see so many antiques everywhere and I love how they only upgraded the kitchens, baths and heating but left the rest with it's historic charm like the artisan ceilings, and original hardwood floors.

    Jenny2019-12-30T00:00:00Z

  • The Black Boar Inn is a wonderful get away—and much closer to the Boston area than one might think! It is worth the trip! During my snowy 2 night get away the fire roared, the tea and coffee were always available, and the delicious “instagram worthy” breakfast cheered my day and delighted my senses! Come and enjoy the old world charm and exquisite hospitality!

  • The room is adorable. The bathroom is very small but clean and totally functional. There is an extra room that would be perfect for a child or to read without bothering your partner. Breakfast was great and we enjoyed meeting the other guests over mimosas!!! The town is charming. We toured around the restaurants and enjoyed some great jazz right next door. Would absolutely recommend!

King James II - Large room conveniently located on first floor. Room overlooks front porch and gardens. This room has a beautiful fireplace, original 1674 "Indian Shutters", comfortable queen size bed with high quality bedding and private en suite bath. Complimentary gourmet breakfast served in our historic kitchen, the dining room or on the 50 foot front porch. The Black Boar Inn offers luxurious year-round accommodations in Ogunquit, Maine USA. Fine hospitality, great breakfasts, eight working fireplaces, private baths, lovely gardens, a short walk to the beach and steps from the vibrant village center. The Black Boar Inn is the oldest structure in the Town of Ogunquit, located in the heart of the vibrant Village and a three minute walk to the beach. The Inn's history is remarkable. King James II of England (14 October 1633 - 16 September 1701) granted a plot of land in what is present day Ogunquit, Maine, to Alexandre Maxwell at some point in the mid-1600s. The Maxwell family built a home on this multi-acre plot in 1674 and lived there for about 100 years. In the mid-1700s, the home became the property of the Littlefield Family (another founding family of Wells/Ogunquit) who retained ownership until 1997. Only four families have owned this architectural jewel and remains a favorite of travelers from all parts of the world.
  • I can’t say enough about this beautiful historic property. Dwain definitely pays attention to every detail. Breakfasts are delicious. Please don’t hesitate to stay here. You will not be disappointed!

  • This place was an amazing stop! The beds were comfortable rooms were very clean and the staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was one of the best meals we have had on this trip and was included in the room price. I think this was the best value we have had in two weeks of travel. I highly recommend staying at the Black Boar.

  • Great spot, excellent breakfast

    LeaSha2019-10-21T00:00:00Z
  • Step back in time in this historic B&B. As expected there was a bit of creak and groan on the wood floors which reminded you that you are experiencing history for your stay. Loved the delicious breakfast and great recommendations for walking down to the cove for dinner. On the Main Street so a few car sounds but not too distracting. Best hot shower of the trip.

The Abalonia Inn is located right in the center of Ogunquit. You can walk to the restaurants, clubs, beach, and all of the village pleasures. We have a great salt water heated pool and fire pit. Coffee, tea, juice, muffins included in the morning.
Historic inn located right in the center of Ogunquit. King or queen bed in room.
In town location, but quiet grounds and common areas.
  • Perfect place for a long-weekend stay just steps from town. If you plan on having an active trip with not too much time spent in the room, then this is a great place. You feel like you’re staying at your parents home- they even have fresh baked cookies in the kitchen! Ken suggested we stay at their new building next door, and we’re looking forward to it for our next trip!

    Caitlin2019-10-27T00:00:00Z
  • The abalonia Inn is a charming and beautiful b&b. The rooms were perfectly clean. The lounge and the kitchen are even better than in the pictures. All people were very kind. For breakfast you get muffins, coffee and juice. Ogunguit is small and cute village, from the inn you can easily walk everywhere.

    Frauke2019-10-25T00:00:00Z
  • This place was awesome. It’s right in the heart of the town which means walking distance to ... well everything. When we arrived we expected to be in an attached hotel like room but to our pleasant surprise we were in our own little cottage and it made for a really cool and private get away. Highly recommend this place.

  • Lovely old inn with charm and comfy room Beautiful town Ken gave us good suggestions to further our enjoyment We would definitely return

  • This room was quite lovely. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was very clean and homey. Easy walking distance to the beach and shopping in this quaint little town. We really enjoyed our stay.

    Kayla2019-10-16T00:00:00Z
  • The room we had was small but met our needs. The hotel location was great as close to shops and restaurants.

    Nancy2019-10-10T00:00:00Z
  • Abalonia is a very old inn that has been completely updated. It is right in the middle of everything in Ogunquit and an easy walk to all best restaurants in town. The beautiful beach is only a 10 minute walk as is the beginning of the start of the famous Marginal Way. The rooms are small as you would expect for an old inn but there was plenty of space for the two of us. They have many on site amenities like a heated pool, a hot tub and a firepit. We enjoyed them all. All in all a wonderful stay!

    Dusty2019-09-25T00:00:00Z
  • Great location and outdoor space with a pool, hot tub and fire pit. The room was small but that didn’t bother us as we didn’t spend much time in it.

Named by Domino Magazine as "The Perfect Airbnb" for Ogunquit on a budget! La Perla is a cozy, one bedroom, cottage (500 sq. feet) overlooking the Ogunquit River; it was completely renovated in 2017. La Perla is about 1.7 miles from downtown Ogunquit and 1 mile to Footbridge Beach, and a handful of restaurants are located at the end of the street (Angelinas, Beachfire Grill, Pizza Napoli and Liquid Dreams). Come and see!
While at LaPerla it is impossible not to appreciate the beauty of the natural surroundings, the intimacy of the small spaces, and our attention to detail. This tiny home makes a big impression. (The cottage is on a very steep incline above the river, so while it has a beautiful view for adults, it's probably not suitable for small children.) And catch our updates on Instagram Laperlaogunquit
  • The cottage was perfect for the two of us! Easy access to all popular locations - York, Kennebunkport, Portland, etc. We can’t wait to come back in warmer weather to take advantage of the back deck & reading nook. If you are looking for a peaceful relaxing weekend getaway this is it!

    Danielle2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful lodge, there are many board games to enjoy. Perfect for a weekend getaway.

    Adam2020-03-04T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful, clean & thoughtfully arranged space to stay. Great location off the main road. Small footprint, but perfect for two people. Thank you for making this space available! Looking forward to visiting again.

    Paul2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • La Perla is a perfect place for couples or small groups to get away. While I'm sure the river and sun room provide more value to summer visitors, it was still beautiful in the winter. Only five minutes from lots of fun and dining in downtown Ogunquit, too.

    Sam2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • Loved our Stay at La Perla! House was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Would recommend!

    Gabrielle2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing! We were so happy with our stay. Walking into a little jazz playing from the tv, everything immaculately clean, and so many little nuances that made our stay a perfect one. We will absolutely be staying here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Danielle2020-02-03T00:00:00Z
  • Great location even in the dead of winter. Would love to come back in the summer!

    Kyle2020-02-01T00:00:00Z
  • My husband and I mentioned a few times that it felt like this gem was ripped out of an episode of HGTV. The hosts did a wonderful job with the renovations and added many "homey" touches throughout - it felt like a true getaway (kid free!). We stayed in January during a very cold long weekend and were able to keep the place warm with the heating unit. The home had all of your basic household needs covered (including fancy, smancy cookware), but as with any Airbnb, we'd recommend bringing your personal toiletries. All of the homes guides, rules and instructions were provided in advanced and we had no issues accessing the unit. We're very familiar with the area, but printed resources were also provided. The location and setting were wonderful, but the home is very close to both the road and river so unclear in the summer month if there would be more road activity. It is in a residential area of Ogunquit so a quick drive to the center of the action of town - no sidewalks are available until you reach Rt. 1. We stuck to the main house during this visit, but look forward to enjoying some of the cozy outdoor spaces (and outdoor shower) if we stay in warmer months. We checked in advance but were surprised by how much was still open in the area during the off season so take advantage of no crowds!

  • Staying in this tiny house was much more comfortable than I could have ever imagined. The house itself is very cute and equipped with everything you could ever need. Gar and co were super welcoming and made us feel right at home.

    Mikayla2019-10-06T00:00:00Z
  • Gar and Tom are both lovely hosts who cared about us having a pleasant and comfortable time in their tiny house. They made us coffee and gave us some banana bread in the morning (delicious!), and had some great recommendations for food/drink in the area. The best part about the whole property, though, were their three adorable dogs- so sweet and friendly!! The one thing I’d say, though, is that the door to the tiny house doesn’t lock, so if that scares you that would be my only warning. Wasn’t a problem for us- the area is very safe and Tom and Gar are the nicest guys.

    Shayna2019-10-04T00:00:00Z
  • Very lovely place and lovely hosts. We loved our stay and enjoyed the tiny house experience. Thank you to the hosts for an outstanding welcome and being so helpful and friendly. Our cottage is a ten minute walk from one of the most private, beautiful beaches in the York area, Cape Neddick Beach. Natural grasses, a view of the Nubble Lighthouse, white sandy beach, and no crowds. Ogunquit Beach is a six minute drive, (voted one of the top ten in the country) Short Sands Beach is a five minute drive.
Beyond charming, a clean, and sunny inviting layout with heat pine flooring throughout, 550 square feel of living space, classic cottage style windows, very functional kitchen, and comfortable living room. There are two bedrooms each with new queen sized Posture Pedic mattresses. We have replaced all the existing furniture to give our cottage a coastal feel.
We are situated between some of the most beautiful homes in the York area, between the towns of York and Ogunquit, a few blocks from the ocean. And so convenient to all that York, Ogunquit, and Kennebunk have to offer.
  • Donna’s cottage is well proportioned with a great social living space, perfectly good bathroom and lovely bathrooms. The outdoor space is great and secluded. I’m from the area and this cottage was the perfect balance between being private and within great reach of everything. Within a couple of of hours it felt like a home away from home. We will be back!

  • Great and quaint Maine cottage nestled on a wooded lot only a few hundred feet from the road and within walking distance of nice beach areas. 2 large comfy beds. Fast wifi, great deck too. Easy to park and within 10 minutes via car of local shops and sightseeing places. Perfect place to discover the southern coast of Maine. You can also visit Portsmouth NH or shop in Kittery too. Donna is a really nice hostess and will help you find the places you want to go to… she also takes the time to provide you with written notes about her favorites. Donna is also quick to respond if you need anything and nice to chat with. We had a nice vacation and finally had a chance to explore the area. Thank you!

  • Very nice location for beach holidays. Small cabin well decorated and clean. No needless luxury but all in simplicity. A very nice host. I would go back to Sharon as a trip in the 40's. thank you life

    Serge2018-08-25T00:00:00Z
  • The cottage has all you need and is in a breathtaking location. You can’t help but love it

    Heather A2018-08-20T00:00:00Z
  • Maine’s best kept secret! Located right at the beach so you don’t have to worry about packing/unpacking supplies. We went with our daughter and the cabin was the perfect size for the 3 of us. We were impressed by the 1940s charm Sharon has managed to provide down to the finishing touches. If you love kitschy things then this is the place for you. My only regret is that we stayed 3 nights instead of a week. Next visit, we’ll definitely stay the week.

  • Ongunquit is a very popular and busy holiday destination in Maine. Charlene’s place is very private on woodsy grounds but close enough to the beach and resto’s. She is a great and caring host who provides a fun experience for guests.

    Barry2019-10-20T00:00:00Z
  • Such an eloquent and cozy place! Charlene made our Anniversary even more special with homemade pumpkin cake! Beautiful place and outstanding host. Thank you!!

Close to Wells beach and Route 1 shopping, restaurants, and etc. Private bedroom with its own full bathroom that's located in the bedroom. High-Speed WiFi, and AC/Heat. Comfy Queen sized bed with bedding linens, towels, mini-fridge, ceiling fan, first aid kit, toilet paper, iron, and blow dryer. I don't do long term rentals for the summer but please message me if you'd like to do a long term rental from October-May :)
For some reason the better pics I took weren't able to upload so I can airbnb message them after you book upon request. The place is nice and 99% of people really like the lodging. The bedroom and its full bathroom are private with the bathroom located inside the bedroom. Has a Queen bed that's clean and refreshing. There is a mini-fridge located in the room. There is plenty of natural light during the day from the windows and curtains for privacy.
  • This was a great launchpad for a last-minute getaway with my girlfriend. Couldn’t beat the value! We would definitely stay here again.

Nestled in the woods of the southern coast of Maine, a retreat, a respite, a getaway. This historic house with a contemporary interior has an amenity-filled two-bedroom, two-bath unit on the second floor. Located a quarter mile from the Atlantic Ocean on two wooded acres between the resort towns of Ogunquit and York, close to beaches, restaurants, shopping, outdoor and cultural activities. The Bracy House lets you recharge in a little piece of Maine.
This is a slightly different home than you’ll find in other parts of coastal Maine. We’re an architect and a founder of a felt company who have an affinity for the North Atlantic coast and Nordic design. This listing is for the second floor unit, which features a separate entrance. Love The Upstairs at The Bracy House but your preferred dates aren't available or you'd like to have the run of the whole house? Visit our profile page to see all three listings: airbnb.com/users/53069415/listings Check us out on Instagram @thebracyhouse and #thebracyhouse. THE FLOOR PLAN Sleep in the treetops just like when you were a kid. The Upstairs is located on the second floor and features an open plan including a living room, dining room, and kitchen with two bedrooms. The large living and dining room includes a full-size sofa with chaise making movie nights in extra-appealing. A master bedroom features a queen size bed and spacious ensuite full bath with shower. The second bedroom also includes a queen size bed and a second full bath features a bathtub. Each bedroom includes a large closet with hanging and shelf storage so that extra swimsuit or sweater has a place to call home. The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker with basic dinnerware and cookware. This home's artwork features lumberjacks and the woods along with swimmers and diving boards because we're in Maine, after all. Take advantage of the cool Maine mornings and enjoy your coffee on the large front porch. THE LOCATION Need a quick getaway? The Bracy House is just a hop, skip, and a jump from Boston (1 hr 20 min), New York City (4 hr 50 min), or Montreal (5 hr 30 min). We're nestled in the quiet, wooded village of Cape Neddick but within a short drive to the restaurants, shops, beaches, and attractions of the southern Maine seacoast.
Kittery Point is across the river and includes some of the regions best restaurants—in our opinion—along with quaint shops, a cozy (and tiny) bar, and two of the best bakeries around. ELSEWHERE Looking to go a bit farther afield? Portland is just a stone’s throw away or Boston—where we call home—is easily accessible for a day trip.
  • We loved the tasteful design, immaculate cleanliness, and the thoughtfully curated library, games, and guides. Traci and Adam are great hosts: responsive but also totally respectful of guests' privacy. As they'll tell you, the upstairs unit would not be the best place for families with very active children. While the house is beautifully renovated with modern design and amenities, underlying it all is a stately old structure not designed for soundproofing.

    Jeff2019-12-30T00:00:00Z
  • The Bracy House is a little piece of paradise, tucked into the woods of beautiful, small town Maine. Though it’s an old home with character to spare, it’s been thoughtfully and meticulously appointed with so many modern features and decor, you would never know it from inside. Traci and Adam have thought of everything and if anything is not exactly as needed, they will make it right. Don’t miss this place if you’re looking to stay in Southern Maine. It’s close driving distance to all kinds of sites, beaches, and restaurants. I hope we can visit again someday!

    Brandon2019-10-24T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay at the Bracy House was fantastic. During our eight day visit we felt at home, relaxed and were very near to a range of local attractions. The property is stylish with a real Scandi vibe - and my wife is part-Norwegian so we know authentic Scandinavian when we see it! The place is clean, uncluttered and comfortable and just a great place to slow things down and enjoy doing as little as you please. Could not fault the decor or furnishings, Traci was incredibly responsive and provided a great list of suggestions about where to go, shop and eat.

    Tony2019-09-18T00:00:00Z
  • The Bracy House was just what we were looking for - a home away from home, somewhere to relax and rejuvenate, away from the hustle and bustle. We really enjoyed our stay and were impressed by the detail and thought that has been put into making this such an easy and comfortable place to stay. We loved it!

    Danielle2019-09-10T00:00:00Z
  • Perfectly located spot, very clean and stylish place, The Bracy’s house was a perfect stay to discover Maine!

    Catherine2019-08-31T00:00:00Z
  • The Bracy house is very welcoming and cosy, ideally located, well equipped, nicely-furnished, beautifully renovated, highly functional and ecofriendly! Traci lives in the house next door so she is always on hand if anything is missing while providing privacy to her guests. Thank you Traci for your hospitality!

    François2019-08-24T00:00:00Z
  • Traci is a great and very responsive host and the house is absolutely amazing. We were two families renting out the entire house and it was perfect for our needs. Would definitely love to stay again and reccomend to anyone

  • Hello, We have me and my wife spent a wonderful week at the house of Traci and Adam. For a first experience on the site Airbnb we had the beautiful accommodation of Maine. The accommodation was very clean and the decoration impeccable. You have everything you need in the kitchen to make a very good meal, it does not miss anything. The house is very well located just minutes from downtown Ogunquite. Traci and Adam are very kind and available for all your needs. We will be going back in the very near future. Pascal and Mélanie

  • Wow, what a perfect location. We booked this for a last minute mini vacation without really knowing the area and man, were we impressed. This house is a short and beautiful walk to the Perkins Cove walking bridge which leads you to the start of Marginal Way. The condo is cozy, perfect for the couple retreat we were looking for! Thanks Phil and Marie, we hope to be returning next year!

    Elise2019-10-17T00:00:00Z
  • Phil and Marie's description is right on. Great location. Easy 5 min walk to Perkin's Cove (over the walking draw bridge!). If you are interested in art, we found the Ogunquit Museum of American Art (iagain 5 min walk) interesting and well curated. The building itself is a work of art with a close up view of the ocean waves crashing on rocks. Even the town of Ogunquit is an easy 20 min or so walk away.

  • Great place and location. Can walk everywhere in the Ogunquit area.

    Don2019-09-14T00:00:00Z
  • We really enjoyed our time at Phil and Marie’s place. The appartement was neat and its location was amazing. Indeed, we were just minutes of walk away from restaurants and from the cute spot to visit in ogunquit. I would definitely recommend their place.

  • This place was great! The location is perfect, got to wake up and take a run to Perkins cove in the mornings, so close to restaurants and shops, walked everywhere. Great value for the location. Overall awesome hosts!

An open concept flat with full kitchen and dining room ocean front flat that has views of the ocean and marsh. Well's Beach is a 5 min walk away. Moody Beach is a 15 min walk away, Ogunquit Beach is next to it. Wells is known as "the friendliest town in Maine" and has many tasty eateries and stores along rt 1.
The property is situated in between the ocean and the marsh lands. Located 25 minutes from Portsmouth, NH; 30 minutes from Portland, ME; 1 hour and 45 minutes from Boston, MA. Cable TV is provided. High speed WiFi is provided. Bedding linens and towels aren't provided so bring your own, or I can provide bedding linens and towels for an additional one time fee of $10. Let me know anytime before your stay if you'd like bedding linens and towels. There is plenty of free parking on the street directly in front of the house. I've never had any problem with parking and I've always parked on the street because it's more convenient than parking in the driveway. Please leave the place as you found it, put everything back where it was originally, and please follow the check out procedure. Since I don't charge a cleaning fee, the check out procedure is basically asking for guests to leave the place as they found it. Thank you :) Please be sure to check the high tide times online (more accurate) before going to the beaches because some beaches disappear during high tide :) There is another space above you that I rent out as well. It's listed as entire space/apt because nothing is shared between you and the other space. The bed is Full sized and a Futon bed that 99% say is comfortable.
Wells is a very friendly and inviting place to vacation and lives up to the town motto of being the friendliest town in Maine. Maine happens to be Vacationland so we hope you come and vacation with us. Wells has plenty of eateries and places to shop along route 1.
