Our home is in a friendly & safe community in Coon Rapids. It is within driving to a shopping area and dining. Located 15 miles from Downtown. The space is the lower unit of a 2 story home. It has many windows that let in plenty of light and the rooms are airy and large. It has a full kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, laundry room and 2 bedrooms.
