This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. The cottage is small but charming and has a sunny lilac arbor and a romantic glazed pavilion to use. The cottage is a guesthouse on our garden, but detached from the main house. This little cottage (stuga) is next to our main house close to the center of Södertälje. It is built 1847 but with modern facilities. There is only one room, it has a sofa bed and a simple extra bed. There is central heating + a heater. The kitchen includes a microwave, a small stove and fridge/freezer. You have your independence, but we are at hand if you should need anything. In the summer you can sit out in the garden and enjoy the sun.

Two small rooms with kitchenette in the hall. Bathroom. Sheets, towels and cleaning are not included in the price, the guest bring their own and clean the cottage before leaving, unless other agreement is made with the host. The cottage is heated. At arrival a fire have been lit, but for a continous cozy burning fire the guest bring their own firewood. Bags can be found at the local petrol station. Washing machine in separate building.
