My place is 5min walk to cafes, local shops/restaurant. 15min to beaches, cliff-top walks, parks, bus stop. You’ll love the outdoors space, location & character. Suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and business. The cottage has a large bedroom/sitting area, ensuite/shower, small covered deck, kitchenette (fridge, microwave, toaster, cutlery, tea/coffee) and private garden. Property is located 15 minutes from Albany set in a lovely rural area. Liquid Ambers embrace the driveway down to the cottage. Beautiful setting and views and lots of bird life. Peaceful and sunny aspect. High quality fixtures and furniture and very cosy. Double glazing along with heat pump for those colder months. Award winning Black Cottage Cafe is a five minute journey for brunch and the popular Hallertau Restaurant for craft beers and gourmet dinners that is great for large gatherings.

Our 2 bedroom unit was built in 2014 to create more space for our family, they have since left home and after spending several holidays here in New Zealand and overseas in Airbnb accommodation we decided share our home too. Our place is a private semi self contained home away from home with your own entrance, where we are only a phone call away should you need anything.
