The house was built in 2009 and is 300 sq meters. There is a full-size Pool table, air hockey table and table tennis table indoors and a separate table tennis table outside. Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Charming 90 m2 house in the center of Augignac. Ideally located 9 km from Nontron, 4 km from Piegut and 3 km from the Grand Pond of St Estèphe. Recently renovated accommodation. You will feel at home in this house that I tried to do with taste . A local will be with you during your stay, a cute little cat that I brought back from one of my trips. You can put your car in the courtyard or leave it on the street which is quiet.

Charming little cottage for 4 people, well equipped in unspoiled nature - comprising a cellar-level kitchen/dining room, living room on the ground floor with 2 sofas + screen and upstairs 2 double bedrooms and a shower room. Great place to recharge...but if you can't drop your computer, don't worry, you have access to wi-fi! Parking area in front of the cottage and a stone's throw away, use of the shared salt pool (9 m x 4 m).
