Let the light flood in through the floor-to-ceiling windows that lead to the relaxing balcony. This studio apartment has been cleverly designed with a separate bedroom area. The space has been enhanced with statement wallpaper and lighting.
“Lola's place is truly a rare find. It is located in a hip neighborhood within walking distance of everything you could possibly want. There are great restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores within a few blocks and you can reach other great parts of the city easily on walking paths and quiet streets. The apartment itself is small, but perfect for 2 persons. Lola is a master in the creative use of space, with everything thoughtfully placed and designed for compact living. Even though the space was small it did not feel as such and we marveled at how smart and elegant the space was constructed. Lola much be an artist or an interior designer because the art, colors, wall coverings, furniture, and accent pieces were both beautiful and functional. The place was welcoming and well organized. I can't say enough about how wonderful this apartment is. It made my husband and I want to ditch our big house and move in to an efficient, well designed studio that is downsized to a science. Thanks Lola for everything. We will be back!!”

“An artist has to be very clever and careful when working with a tiny canvas. There’s no room for idle strokes. You’ll feel this idea brought to life in this apartment where the available space has been diced up and arranged like a miniature bouquet of flowers. You need to be appreciative of the design and careful in how use it to get the most of it but you’ll be rewarded by a space that seems to anticipate your needs. An interesting experience you’ll be willing to try again.”
Wonderfully spacious and private with elegant New York-style interiors, this impressive luxury apartment stands apart from the crowd due to its well considered layout, herringbone parquet Oak floors, generous built-in storage, reverse-cycle air-conditioning and premium finishes. Capturing leafy views from wide windows at the front of the building, standing at the quiet cul-de-sac end of Bayswater Road. Tranquil location close to cafes, restaurants, shops, buses, trains and harbour parks.
“Where to start... Check-in was very easy and with no problems what so ever. When we entered the apartment we were greeted with a sight for sore eyes. Anthea’s apartment gives high end hotels a run for their money. The room was beautifully equipped with amenities such as coffee, tea, snacks and a lovely bottle of wine (this was greatly appreciated). Every detail from the luxurious bathroom soaps and towels to the comfy bed were immaculate and we quite honestly could not fault a single aspect of the room. The location is just perfect, being close to some of the main streets around the city. We had no problem with street noise and found ourselves not wanting to get out of bed. We can’t wait for the next time we are able to stay at Antheas place.”
