I have stayed at Rosa's several times now and I have only good things to say about her and her property. Rosa is very accommodating to her guests. The home is always warm and welcoming. I will definitely be planning to stay again.

Family-Friendly Milton Home on 14 Acres w/ Hot Tub

NicoleRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Highly recommend!!! We were headed to Indiana from PA for my daughter’s graduation and decided to make it a trip and stay a few days for the Fever home opener! The property was amazing! Private and quiet! The house was clean and the extra treats left by the host were beyond thoughtful! Communication was friendly and attentive. The hammock, porch swing and hot tub were our happy places. Beds were comfy! We only ventured out for graduation and the Fever game because really, there wasn’t a reason to leave!
An arched entryway leads into a cozy room featuring a daybed adorned with soft linens. A wicker chandelier hangs above, while a brick fireplace adds character. Natural light illuminates the space from large windows, and a decorative mirror enhances the room's warmth.

Farm Cottage

JoannRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We really enjoyed our time at their cottage. It was the peaceful getaway that we needed and close to our relatives that we were visiting. It was beautifully decorated; I enjoyed the ambiance. The bed was comfortable. To walk the premises and follow the creek into the woods was fun. There is no Wi-Fi, but we were successful in using our phones as hot-spots, a new experience for us. We enjoyed talking with her husband when he was tending their venue next door. They are very nice people and responsive when we had questions or needed things. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back when in the neighborhood.
A modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator and microwave. The countertops are designed from stone and the cabinetry is custom-built. A coffee maker is positioned beside the sink, with ample storage space provided in the sleek cabinetry.

Luxurious Studio with King bed, Kitchen - The Nest

The surrounding area is clean, including the parking lot. The bed was very comfortable. We were only there for one night, so we didn't use many of the facilities provided. Loved the access to the outside to allow guests to smoke without leaving the apartment,

White Barn At Sugar Creek

BradRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
I am so thankful we found this gem for our weekend getaway. Absolutely stunning stay. The barn itself is immaculate, with no detail overlooked. Cozy and clean. Modern furnishings with a quaint feel. The property is beautiful. Inviting and serene. This is our new 'measuring stick' location for Airbnbs in the future. We are already planning our next stay and it can't come soon enough. A quick word about David & Jennifer, who were amazing hosts. We met David upon arrival. His warmth and kindness put us immediately at ease. Later in the evening, we had some strong storms that knocked out the power. David was quick to check in with us and provide lanterns. When we left the property to go into town for a bit and new storms surfaced on our way back, David was waiting for us with an umbrella and secured carport parking from his neighbor to protect our vehicle from the hail. Such thoughtful and intentional consideration for our needs was much appreciated. Amazing. Five stars all around.

Elegant 1BR, Workspace, Near Parks and Summit Lake

I love having this as an option in New Castle as opposed to a hotel. The location was perfect for my need's. My mom is a few blocks as well as my bestie from elementary and high school. I loved the walk ability to downtown. The space made this visit one of my best. Bonus, grey is my favorite color.
A light-filled bathroom features a vintage clawfoot tub with a green exterior. A wall-mounted shelf holds decorative items. A white pedestal sink is positioned beside the tub, and a white shower curtain is draped over the tub. Wooden flooring adds warmth to the space.

Me and my family stayed here when we were in town for a nearby wedding. It was cozy and quaint. We didn’t have signal hut we expected as much because I provider wasn’t in the area. Everything was easy and accessible and check in and check out was easy. Great for just the weekend
