New brick house, wooden facade, clay plaster inside, wood. Large living room with kitchen, dining and lounge area (sofa) with fireplace. Wooden floors, chic bathroom. Spacious exercise room with generous views to the south and southwest. Outside: (wood-fired)sauna, bathtub with bath oven, farm garden for berry seasoning, tea and spice herbs. Plenty of space and peace (hardly any light pollution) and just a stone's throw from the South Styrian Wine Route. This small oasis allows you to regenerate and relax.

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a mobile home for families. Apartment is located near the old city of Maribor (20 minutes walk) and 8 km from Maribor skiing and hiking area (Pohorje). It is surrounded with quiet and green neighbourhood. We would be glad to personally welcome every guest. There is a free parking place available in the houseyard just next to the apartments entrance. It has 150m2, two bedrooms, one with two single beds, where one of it has additional attached and a bedroom with a double bed. Each of the bedrooms has bathroom attached.

Apartment with sauna in Maribor city centre

This apartment is meant to make your stay in Maribor unforgettable. We were trying to stick to the original antique structure of the building while renovating so the space of the apartment is divided in only three areas. But all the rooms are very big. Basically the living room, kitchen and dining area are one big space. We added a mini office space to the bedroom in case you travel for work and a sauna with bathtub in the bathroom, so you will feel like you are staying in a spa.

"Old City Center" Residence

The apartment lies in the old city center of Maribor. The location is very peaceful, quiet and there is also a beautiful terrace on which you can relax in every season of the year. The apartment is newly renovated and modernly decorated. Due to its location in the pedestrian zone there is no parking space directly in front of the apartment, however there is a payable parking lot called Slomškov trg, for which you can look up the prices and free parking hours on Acess for Guests.

Because natural materials and elements from nature play an important role in living, we furnished the apartments with as much wood as possible and added a touch of living in the local environment to it. In the apartments, the walls are covered with 100 year old sun boards from Pohorje. In the bathroom you will find walls and floors covered with tiles with the appearance of granite from Pohorje.
