Rülzheim is characterized above all by its central location in the middle of Karlsruhe, Landau and Speyer as well as its proximity to Alsace, the Wine Route and the Palatinate Forest… Rülzheim itself has all the necessary shops, banks, doctors, cafes and restaurants… in the local recreation area there is also the Alla Hopp facility and a beautiful lake… an ideal starting point for many beautiful activities!

Villa Maria, a fairy tale house in Alsace

Welcome to Villa Maria, our fairy tale guest house in a calm location next to the forest and with a vast garden in the village Lauterbourg in Northern Alsace, France. It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

Wunderschön gelegene ca. 100m² 2021 neu sanierte, sehr gut ausgestattete und liebevoll eingerichtete Altbauwohnung im EG eines freistehenden Dreifamilienhauses im Herzen Landaus. Ruhig gelegen im Fliegerviertel trotz direkter Nähe zur Innenstadt (10min Fußweg) sowie zum Landauer Zoo (5min Fußweg) und dem Park der ehemaligen Landauer Festungsanlage (Fort/Luitpoldpark, 1min Fußweg). Die Pfälzer Weinberge sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kostenlose Parkplätze in der Straße.

Vacation home/Monteurwohnung Hildegard

A small (approx. 45 square meters) but nice attic apartment on the second floor. Quiet, non-smoking apartment in a two-family home. From two nights, €60 per night for up to two people, each additional person €10 per night (max. Occupancy 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children on the sofa bed). Long-term rental on request. Hand/bath towels are provided and are changed once a week. Bed linen, dishtowels at no extra charge. In the courtyard there is a table with chairs.

Vogelgesang vacation home

Our vacation home in Vogelgesang in modern, linear architecture with a living space of 67 m² is located not far from the German Wine Route. It is furnished with a lot of love for detail, with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, flat screen, radio and Wi-Fi. From the living area you have a magnificent view of the garden and can make yourself comfortable in the middle of fruit trees and roses in the deck chair or use the terrace. Stylish guest house with pool

Whether hiking in the Palatinate, a few days of wellness or the tranquility of nature right outside the front door - a lot can be combined in this accommodation. The pool is particularly popular with our guests as it provides refreshment after sauna and walks. Privacy is also particularly appreciated, as both the pool and sauna and garden are available for exclusive use. The pool can be used all year round, but is not heated. A hot tub is not available.

Ostrich vacation home

I list here on behalf of my grandparents Hedl and Herbert. You have made a holiday apartment from the attic apartment where I grew up. There is a front door which is used with my grandparents, in the apartment it goes directly up the stairs directly to the right and there is then another private apartment door.
