Beautiful spacious, clean home. Very friendly street of neighbours located in a spot where everything is within walking distance. With all the space in this home, it still felt super cosy at the same time to want to spend a good day indoors. Very happy with the stay of this place and the hosts are very communicative.

Simple, comfortable accommodation with all the basics you need. So very quiet and peaceful, fishing on your doorstep and nature all around. Neil is fun knockabout bloke and his little mate Turbo will stop by to say hello as well. We will definitely be going back as soon as we can.

We had a wonderful stay at Anne’s place. The house is amazing with great beach access. The views from the top deck were fantastic - we saw whales offshore nearly every day! Plenty of room for 4 adults, 2 teenagers and our spoodle. Highly recommend!

wow! what a beautiful new home so close to the beach. Ebony and Dave thought of everything to make the place perfect for families. good quality, soft towels and linen, comfy mattresses, games and activities for the kids. A beautiful home in the most perfect location. We will most definitely be back year after year. the hosts are also very lovely to deal with and very responsive.

James is a great host, we loved the house it was everything we hoped for quiet, roomy, clean and beautiful views of the water at 1770. We are very happy that we stayed here and will definitely come back again.

We loved our stay, was far enough from everyone. Everything i needed was there. Beautiful view, home away from home.

Just magic. 7 adults, 3 little kiddos the separate room-bathroom areas provided individual spaces but felt connected because of the large open family kitchen and outdoor balcony. Provided our family unity and their own private getaway areas. Would work well for a small group. Sunrise is a privilege to behold at Carly's. Particularly enjoyed full access to two resort-styled pools and beach access. Functionality, Carly's place provides for the cooks but is also close to wonderful local shops, 24/7 during the Easter holiday. Beds comfortable, towels plentiful, we stayed 4 days; we only left our accommodation once to restock. Witnessed some amazing wildlife in their natural habitat at Carly's (make sure you stick to the paths), but never felt unsafe, even with twin 2-year-olds riding around in the home area on their trikes. Property safe and secure. None beach families need to pay attention to local advice as beaches unsupervised. Carly great to communicate with. Highly recommend love!

Sue was an amazing host. Sue was friendly, informative and approachable theoughout our stay. The apartment and complex is in a great central location whilst also being peaceful and quiet.

Our stay at Gavin and Stephanie's apartment was wonderful. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The location was outstanding we were able to walk down to the beach across the road and to nearby cafes, park and restaurants. The pool was great and our kids loved this. A clean and vibrant apartment in one of Agnes Waters’ timeless and iconic beach resort settings. Fresh comfortable furnishings and well equiped kitchen. Access to resort pools and bbq area and comfortable walking distance to the beach. Great hosts, great communication and wonderful accomodation. Highly recommended. What a gem! Michael has thought of everything you might need for your stay - kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with all amenities you could think of. Cooking utensils and pans were in great condition which is a rare find with beach units. Great selection of toys and board games to keep kids of all ages busy and courtyard area was perfect for hanging out during the day as it’s in full shade. The pool looked great but was a bit cold for us this time round. All beds were very comfortable, including the sofa bed which we pulled out for a movie night in front of the tv. Walking distance to almost everything, we barely used the car. We will definitely be back!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Leah’s place! The location was perfect, close to the beach with easy access. The space was not only spotless and cozy but also filled with thoughtful details that made it feel like home. Thanks to Leah for being super friendly and easy to communicate with. Check-in was smooth, and I felt right at home. Definitely a spot I’d come back to next time I’m in town!

The managers, Steve and Jan were awesome, lively people. The accommodation was amazing. Well equipped, perfect location and beautiful views of the ocean from the bedroom. We will definitely be staying their again.

Clean, tidy and well located - an easy walk to the beach. Simple and good value for a short stay.

On arrival to Adam’s place I was extremely impressed by the openness and cleanliness of the apartment, even tho there are many units surrounding we still felt like our privacy wasn’t compromised. The pool area and surrounding gardens and amenities are very well maintained.Staff were friendly and helpful and check in was a breeze with their online check in procedure,all we had to do was get the key. Thankyou and credits to all for a great and peaceful getaway.

We were in Agnes Water for a family wedding, with other family members staying in the same community, which made the logistics all very easy. The property itself was delightful, the adjacent amenities were spotless and the whole community within the gates felt very secure and safe Would recommend anyone travelling with a large group as the bedrooms and bathrooms can be configured to fit a lot of people Rebecca and the teams communication was excellent with our few questions as we checked in and figured out the entry system

We had a great time at Beryl’s. It had everything we needed, it’s very close to the beautiful quiet beach and it has a nice deck to enjoy the sea breeze.

Perfect location for a family vacation with the beach less than 50metres away. House has a nice open plan. Babette was friendly and responsive. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. We will be back.

A beautiful place with the beach a stones throw away. Plenty of space for our family and resort pool was fantastic. Accommodation was very spacious and well equipped. We’ll definitely be back to stay at Sandcastles!!
