The urban area is really nera the house and you can enjoy the lovely food in soem restaurants or just enjoy the natural landscape by wlaking around or just enjoy a nice drink in one of the river-fronts. Public transportations are not the best, but you can visit some of the surrounding towns if you are good in making plans... This is my home. I reconstructed it myself. It's full of love...

Welcome to our house with history! Recanto brings together comfort, tradition and simplicity in a perfect fusion with the mountains. It has a house with a balcony and a garden that can accommodate 2 to 4 people, overlooking a verdant landscape that makes it a harmonious and cozy space. We are located in the Peneda-Gêres National Park, 5 minutes from the center of Ponte da Barca and Arcos de Valdevez, 30 minutes from Spain, 35 minutes from Viana do Castelo and Braga, and 1 hour from Porto.

Cascata Studio

This is a unique space, with stunning views of the waterfall and surrounding nature. Ideal for a weekend of adventure! Come prepared for poor cellular network and slow Wi-Fi, as the location is isolated. On the other hand, the sound of nature takes on a fantastic dimension, with the river water and birds surrounding us completely. Access is made (in the last 500 meters) by land and it is necessary to pay attention to the directions we provide so that you do not get lost.

Casa do Engenho is located in Braga, on the first line of the Adaúfe River beach, considered one of the best river beaches in the country, where it is safe to swim, canoe/paddle, fish or simply relax. The observation of the fauna around the House (otters, herons, crayfish, etc.) and the old Mill and Irrigation Plantation (still in operation) delight those who pass through here. The house dates back to 1843 and, although renovated, retains some traces of the period.

It has a beautiful view of the mountains, a private entrance, a living room with a bed for 1 person (ideal for a child), a kitchenette (kettle, toaster, coffee machine, stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishes), a private bathroom, and a terrace. Type of accommodation: 1-bedroom, near Ponte da Barca, Arcos de Valdevez, Ponte de Lima.

Froufe Farmhouse

The house of "Sítio de Froufe" is located in Lugar de Froufe, in the parish of S. Miguel between both rivers in the municipality of Ponte da Barca, geographically within the territory of the Peneda Gerês National Park. What is now the "Sítio de Froufe" was for many years used as a shelter for animals and storage for agricultural products.

The Olas houses are located in Vilarinho do Souto - Ermelo, in the municipality of Arcos de Valdevez, with a superb view of the Touvedo dam reservoir. At the gates of the Peneda Gerês National Park, you will find an idyllic place for a well-deserved rest.
