Amazing stay! 100% recommend!

The apartment (a private house with patio) was the only really modernly built and furnished accommodation between Mainz and Worms that we could find. That alone was worth it. Unfortunately, nothing was available in 2024, so only now, in May 2025. Bright and friendly, well-equipped with all modern standards, perfectly cut and practical to live in. There was nothing wrong with it. In the center for us was a large table with a perfect ratio of table height (72 cm) and seat height for eating and working. Bedrooms and beds were well sized. Everything worked in the bathroom. A week of total well-being. We didn't use the TV, sound system and the large Weber grill. We found Alexander himself to be friendly, uncomplicated, competent and helpful. We used the one-week stay in Budenheim for tours by bike and train - to Mainz, Wiesbaden, Frankfurt and to wine villages in the Rheingau. Our time was no longer sufficient for Rheinhessen.

Idyllically located with a quiet garden and perfect as a family to unwind and cool off on hot summer days! Very good amenities of kitchen, bathroom and toys for children as well as information about the area, etc. The highlight was the swing in the garden for the little one Super hospitable with welcome cakes and water. We will be happy to come back.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood. We could relax and enjoy the landscape from the balcony. We would come back!

We were super satisfied, especially the amenities for our baby were great. So we didn't have to carry everything with us. Personally, the beds were a little too soft, but that's super individual. Overall, we had a super nice stay and a lot of space to spread out. Gladly again 😊

Natalie is very personable and showed us everything in detail; she also had very good tips for excursions and restaurants in the area. We enjoyed it very much! Andreas Cottage is a little jewel in the beautiful wine town of Hattenheim. Arrive and feel good - it's very easy. Perfectly and stylishly equipped and overlooking the vineyards, you can relax there wonderfully. Beautiful hiking tours can be started directly from the house, for example to the Eberbach monastery. And the baker around the corner is a poem. My dog and I had a wonderful time there and would be happy to come back.

Top location with a nice terrace. Very good amenities. The landlords live in the basement. Ideal for a family with 2 children. However, since the bedroom upstairs is completely open and has no ventilation, the house is not optimal for 2 couples.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming getaway! It's really peaceful and quiet, surrounded by nature. The best part was the roof terrace where we enjoyed a majestic view every morning and evening. We enjoyed the privacy and felt very relaxed. I highly recommend this place for a great escape.

We were completely satisfied with our accommodation in Koblenz Vallendar. Everything was clean, well equipped and left nothing to be desired. The flexible check-in was very pleasant and the hot tub a real highlight. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back!

Our family of four had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful home and would gladly return in the future! Pros: - Very modern, brand-new house - High-quality kitchen equipment (e.g., coffee machine, sharp knives, dishwasher, etc.) - Comfortable living room and bedroom furniture, including cozy beds with soft, high-quality linens - Modern bathroom with strong water pressure, plus complimentary shampoo, shower gel, and a hair dryer - Electric car charging system was a great added bonus Suggestions for improvement: - There was some noticeable dust around the house, particularly on shelves, in drawers, and in the corners. Including a vacuum cleaner (in addition to the robot cleaner, which wasn’t very effective on the second floor) would be helpful, especially for guests staying longer. That said, this is a relatively minor issue compared to many other Airbnbs we've stayed in. Overall: Highly recommend this property—an excellent stay!

Our stay was simply lovely. The house was perfect. Secluded, spacious, clean, well stocked, and having access to a washer and dryer was excellent. The place exudes charm and we could not have asked for more. Tamara was a great host. Available and responsive when needed, and allowed privacy the rest of our time. We really wished we could have stayed longer. We would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you!!

The stay was wonderful! The cottage was sparkling clean, very complete and cozy. There are real plants everywhere, which made it very homely to make you feel right at home. A large TV with Netflix was also very nice, as was the wood stove that burned almost every night. The area is beautiful and we will definitely come back! Huge apartment on two levels, two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs, another half bath downstairs plus living room, kitchen, and glassed in dining area. The apartment is spacious, especially for Germany, and so conveniently located. There is some noise from the pedestrian zone below until late in the night, but that is an expected trade-off given the convenient location. Parking in the nearby Weißliliengasse parking garage is not too far away. Exit via the stairs on the backside of the garage on the first level and the apartment is just a short walk from there.

A lovely quiet spot next to a forest in the beautiful Lahn Valley area. Hosts communicated very well before we arrived and were very friendly and helpful and responsive. They provided very thoughtful extras like great coffee, and outdoor furniture. We were very happy with our stay and certainly recommend this apartment.

The apartment is in a very quiet area and is very large. The rooms are modernly furnished, very clean and very cozy. The bathroom is a dream with large shower and bathtub. The large kitchen has everything you need, the dining area offers enough space for up to 6 people. The Rhine with Biebrich Castle with beautiful park can be reached in about 1/2 hour on foot. The center of Wiesbaden can be reached by car in about 10 minutes by bus in about 15 minutes. Parking in front of the house is possible at any time. A grocery store in the immediate vicinity is a few minutes' walk. We felt very comfortable there and will book this accommodation again if possible. Angela is very friendly and helpful, requests were answered within a very short time. We can highly recommend this apartment.
