The wooden villa was built in 2001 and designed by the Danish architect Peter Hammer. It is built on one level with direct access to a large terrace located down to a private lake. The villa is built in sustainable materials, including untreated cedar wood. The large common room makes the home ideal for the family who loves to be together around cooking, dining, games and socializing. 3-4 rooms and an annex provide privacy.
