Hiking trails from the mill. Enclosed 2000 m² plot, wooded with terraces, a small outbuilding where you can store your bikes. A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF 500 EUROS WILL BE REQUESTED UPON ARRIVAL and will be returned to you if there has been no damage and the cleaning has been done. Pets allowed upon request 🐕

The cottage "La Petite Maison", furnished 3-star tourist accommodation, where it is good to spend time. Located in the middle of nature, in the heart of Périgord Vert, just 3 minutes from Brantôme. You'll love staying there for its comfort and tranquility, with its southeast-facing terrace, jacuzzi and garden (not enclosed). PLEASE NOTE: Jacuzzi included for all rentals between May 1 and September 30. Outside of this period the jacuzzi is extra, on request.

Old house completely renovated, located in a quiet area, in the heart of a hamlet of the Périgord Vert. 5 minutes from all shops (Javerlhac), 10 minutes from Nontron, 20 minutes from Brantôme and less than an hour from Périgueux. It is completely independent and has parking spaces and a wooded plot. Located at the start of many hiking trails and walks in the forest. Rental year-round, decreasing rates in mid and low seasons. Weekend possibility.
