Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Ruaudin

Caroline’s apartment is spacious, clean and well maintained, with a full range of modern appliances. It’s in a quiet location but only 10 minutes walk from the tram and an excellent Boulangerie (go there for breakfast) and just a few minutes more on to the Circuit de La Sarthe. Caroline was communicative and responsive throughout the booking process and welcoming during our stay. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend the apartment.

Petit appartement fonctionnel idéalement placé proche des commodités et de la gare,il est plutôt facile de trouver une place de parking dans la rue, tout était parfait pour notre petit séjour d'un week-end et les hôtes sont accueillant et réactif.

Très bien! à l'écoute et aimables! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec nos 3 enfants. Logement propre.

Deuxième séjour chez Émilie, appartement toujours aussi propre et joli. Je n' ai malheureusement pu profiter de rien cette fois car la grippe m'a clouée au lit dès mon arrivée, mais Émilie a été extrêmement compréhensive et arrangeante pour m'aider au maximum. Je la remercie pour ça.

Very clean, hosts were extremely responsive and clear with instructions on how to access property. Local area felt a little deprived but I had no issues as was just using the apartment as a night stopover en route back to UK from Occitane area of France. I would happily stay there again if travelling a similar route.

We stayed at Christine's apart to break up our journey to the Dordogne and we're so impressed that we had to book the apartment for the return journey, again we had a lovely stay and Christine was again so lovely, I would recommend anyone travelling to or through Le Mans to stay here.

This was a very cute place to stay in an old house in the middle of the Plantagenet City. Laurent was easy to contact, flexible about booking, and greeted us and showed us around and then left us alone. The house was comfortable and had all the amenities, and it was an easy walk to everything. .

Logement très confortable dans un domaine magnifique. Nathalie et Marc sont des hôtes très sympathiques et aux petits soins. Nous avons grandement apprécié les 2 nuits passées sur place.

Great communication from Pascal and Martine. Property is set in a lovely part of the country close enough to Teloche and Le Mans for shops etc but far enough away that there is no disturbances. Sitting outside in the evening with the birds tweeting away was very relaxing. Property had all the appliances you need for your stay. Will definitely stay again. Thank You John

Un séjour parfait, mais bien trop court! Catherine est une hôte très sympathique et arrangeante. Le gîte était exactement comme sur les photos, propre et confortable. Les alentours sont calmes, avec le plaisir d’entendre le chant des oiseaux toute la journée. Je recommande sans hésitation !

Un logement qui correspond parfaitement à nos attentes, idéal pour un week-end. La piscine couverte est vraiment un atout majeur. La maison se trouve certe dans un lotissement pavillonnaire, mais cela ne s'est pas ressenti. De plus, Fabrice a été un hôte très amical et chaleureux qui a rendu l'accueil et le séjour très facile et agréable. Chaudement recommandé.

c'est la deuxième fois que nous allons chez Gérard. C'est un endroit tranquille et parfait pour passer du temps en famille ou entres amis. Merci Gérard d'avoir mis le café, thé et l'huile à notre disposition. Il y avait également une bouteille de vin rosé en cadeau d'accueil. Les vélos étaient très utiles. Nous avons bien profité de terrain de pétanque, babyfoot, billard et ping-pong. Un grand merci pour votre accueil Josiane. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Vous pouvez aller les yeux fermés! L’appartement est splendide et très bien agencé avec tout le confort que l’on a chez soit. Merci à Patrick pour son accueil.

Très bon séjour passé dans ce gîte composé de 2 apparts et 3 chambres. Piscine, terrasse et spa partagés. Oriane était disponible pour nous renseigner ou nous guider. Bel environnement avec quelques animaux dans un enclos juste à côté. Malgré cela, le lieu reste très calme et nous n'avons côtoyé que quelques voisins hébergés en même temps que nous. Tout est beau et bien décoré. Quelques tables à l'extérieur. Possibilité de faire un barbecue très appréciable. La cuisine est un peu petite mais suffisamment équipée pour un séjour à deux avec sorties dans la région. Literie en très bon état, tout comme le lit parapluie pour bébé. Parking à proximité. Petite épicerie avec des plats en bocaux qui dépannent grandement ainsi que d'autres produits (miel, sirop, terrines, bières, glaces, etc). Bref, un pied à terre idyllique pour explorer la région ou chiller au bord de la piscine et du barbeuc !

Lovely and very comfortable apartment, with great location close to the centre of Le Mans. Short walk to shops, great restaurants and bars. Our hosts went the extra mile to make sure our check in was easy. Would definitely recommend.

Muy buena opción, fuimos para la carrera de LaMans 2024, se preocuparon en que entendieramos todo, alguna detalles como comida, bebida, etc. La zona es super bonita y muy muy tranquila, hay bus cerca para ir al circuito, etc.
