Short walking distance to Madlaveien/at clarion Hotel Energy where you can take a bus to Stavanger city center. The buses run every 15 minutes and take about 8 minutes to drive to the city center. Shared parking space on own property. If you come by plane, the airport bus is recommended. Takes approx. 15 and drive to the apartment. The bus also runs past "the three swords".

There is no lake view directly from the apartment, but 50 meters from the door, the path runs along Hafrsfjord right behind the house, which also has its own pier and bathing area. Lots of great hiking opportunities in the area. 3 km to walk along the sea to "Sverd i fjell", and about 1 km to the sauna at Sunde. This can be booked. Good bus connection to Stavanger city center. 5 min bus ride to Madla Amfi shopping center, and 20 min to the city center. Free parking.
