Sports enthusiasts, Laurence and I live in Cerelles, a small village in Gâtine Tourangelle, 10 minutes from Tours Nord and the A28 highway, exit 27. Our house is located in a small subdivision. Access to the property is through a separate entrance. Parking is available in the 2 dead ends around the house. Great for a tourist stay in the Loire Valley or Loir. This former 17th century barn, completely renovated in style, is located in a country setting, located just a 12-minute drive from the city center of Tours. Its access is independent of the owners' adjoining house.
