Downtown Orleans and La Source district (Universities, BRGM, CNRS...) accessible in 10 minutes by car or bike (bike path in the immediate vicinity). The Zenith and Co'Met are within walking distance. Many shops nearby (bakery, pharmacy, butcher, wine shop, bar-tobacconist, post office, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping area, etc.). Bus 5/10 minutes away, tram 15 minutes' walk.

New accommodation located just above a doctor's office and fully air-conditioned. - free parking and right next to the apartment - very quiet place located directly across from the forest - located 4 minutes from 240 shops, cinema, bowling alley, highway and train station. We had abuses when it comes to electricity. We decided not to increase our rates but we opted for an EDF Tempo contract (See the "other information to note" section in our listing)
