The Spruce Nest

Stay in a historic home in Old Town Steamboat Springs built 1907. We have added an entry, dining room, master bedroom and bath and powder bath. However, we have kept the original two-story home in tact, similar to the early 1900's. We even used original wood from the walls to accent the exterior. Located close to Steamboat Springs Ski Resort, in beautiful Oak Creek. Full of history, this little mining town has a museum, beautiful park with creek running through, multiple restaurants, an ice rink, grocery, drug, recreational stores and more. Great views and access to the Flat Top Wilderness, Stagecoach State Park, Routt MedBow, etc. You’ll love this place because of the location, the price and the comfort. It is walking and biking distance to Lincoln Ave, where you can enjoy all the great shopping and restaurants that Steamboat has to offer. You are a short bike to the Emerald MT trails, which are amazing for MTB.
