Monthly Rentals in Round Valley Reservoir

Me and my boyfriend had the pleasure of staying at Ian’s airbnb. There was road work so it was a little complicated to get in and out, but once we got that settled it was a breeze. Ian provided us with great instructions and even gave us recommendations of places to go to. The airbnb is exactly like it’s listed and perfect for two people. The neighbors in the attached home were extremely friendly and we had no issue with noise other than construction in the morning, but it was bearable since it wasn’t an all day thing. We had everything we needed at the airbnb like washer, dryer, heat and A/C as well as WI-FI! This place was a perfect weekend getaway and I’m so grateful that Ian was super responsive to help us with any questions we had!! Thank you so much Ian!! Great host!!!

Loved our stay!! We were in town from Boston for a wedding and Zanya was so clear and helpful regarding check in. The place was so cute and cozy and most importantly clean. The three of us were very comfortable staying there (two in the bed downstairs and one on the sofa bed upstairs) and Ubered easily to the Farmhouse venue in Hampton for the wedding. Also a quick ride to downtown Frenchtown which was so adorable and artsy and fun - great stores and little cafes. Zanya was very responsive and nice, I highly recommend staying at her cottage. The house was close to a lot of places and where we visited family. The place was very clean and had a very comfortable, like new couch. While the bed linens and towels are a bit old, some fresh new ones would make this a perfect place to come again. We didn't hear the upstairs tenant much, so we didn't have to worry with the kids.
