Composé d'une pièce de vie/chambre, une cuisine et une salle de bain. Places de parking disponibles à 2mn en transport, 5mn à pieds. Proche de toutes commodités. Nous aimons remettre les clés à nos voyageurs en mains propres. Néanmoins, après 20h, ces dernières peuvent être récupérées dans la boîte à clés. Linge de lit fourni. Serviette 5€ en supplément.

Parking is free on the street. You are a 15-minute walk from the entrance to the 24-hour circuit and a 7-minute walk from the Le Mans exhibition center. For motorcycles, the booking is 3 nights min from Thursday to Sunday. For the 24h Auto and "Le Mans Classic", 4 nights min from Wednesday to Sunday.

Welcome to La Poudrière, its location and assets will be a plus for your stay. It is quietly located in a cul-de-sac, you can enjoy a south-facing outdoor area and family atmosphere. In an elegant atmosphere, you will have two bedrooms with king size or twin beds, one bedroom with a 140 double bed, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. A baby crib is available on request. You will have a garage to park a sedan up to 1.70 m high and a space in front of the house.

In a bourgeois house built in 1884, on the 3rd and top floor (no elevator), apartment carefully refurbished, sufficiently equipped so that your only luggage of clothes is enough. Quality bedding, spacious bathroom, separate toilet. In the common laundry room: washing machine, ironing board, steam iron, clothes rack. Baby equipment available upon request (bed, chair, bathtub...). Most parking spaces on the surrounding streets are free.

Our apartment is located in a small residence, close to the city center, it offers the possibility to move around by public transport very easily. Supermarket, bakery, pharmacy just a 2-minute walk away. The train station is 10 minutes away by tram. It is fully equipped and refurbished. Bright and spacious, opening onto balcony. The sofa opens up to a bed for 2 people.
