90 m² outbuilding adjoining the main residence: • Ground floor: 45 m² living space with kitchen and living room (sofa bed). • Floor: 2 spacious bedrooms, each with private shower room and separate toilet: - Terra Cotta Room: Double bed (140 cm). - Blue Room: Double bed (180 cm) or 2 twin beds (90 cm) + single bed (80 cm). Exterior: Secure swimming pool (6 m × 12 m), open from May to September. Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Welcome to our fully renovated 70s house, in the Sarthe countryside, in Aigné, just minutes from Le Mans (72). This modular house adapts to your needs, whether you're traveling alone, as a couple, with family or groups of friends. It is also ideal for groups of workers on the go. If you are looking for calm and nature, this old renovated farmhouse on the edge of the Sillé forest meets these criteria. Located minutes from Sillé beach and its many activities, fishing, hiking, tree climbing, swimming, pony, restaurants... For hiking lovers, there is direct access to the GR36 from the house. Close to all amenities (Super U is 5 min by car). Located 45 minutes from the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit.

Tour Saint-Michel, charming cottage

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

Nice accommodation in the countryside

We offer accommodation in a recently restored, quiet and pleasant old stable. You will have a living room (sofa, TV, microwave, fridge, kettle, Senseo coffee machine), a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and a mezzanine bedroom (one 160 x 200 bed and one 90 x 190 bed). There's no kitchen. Guests can enjoy our pleasant garden. This home is by our house. It is less than 40 minutes from the 24-hour circuit.

Backed by the Alpes Mancelles forest, this 180 m2 19th century house, renovated and decorated in 2019, offers breathtaking 180° views and is next to a generous recreational area, adorned with a shady grove for the hottest days. Winter days will allow you to fully enjoy the cocooning of interior spaces decorated with antique materials and all modern comforts.
