Very nice place to stay overlooking the Seine. We had our bikes with us on our tour and were able to take very nice tours from there. Rouen can be easily reached via the direct bus connection in front of the door within 30 minutes.

Accommodation matches the photos, I picked up the keys at the Carrefour with a code sent by Adeline, TOP!! Upon my arrival, the residence is secured by a key opening the front door and then an airlock with another key. On the 2nd floor, when the door opens, a clean studio!!! a sofa, sofa bed, comfortable! On the other hand, the shower is a little small for my taste!! paid parking from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Accommodation close to tobacco shop (opposite), bakery (20 m), Carrefour City (500 m), restaurant, etc.: really well located!! i recommend this listing!

Very nice stay! Clear instructions on arrival. The apartment is well located, airy, and close to everything: farmers market (perfect for local cheeses and fruits), ideal park for our dog, Carrefour and pharmacy close by. Thank you for hosting us!

Peaceful, close to downtown, you can do anything on foot from the accommodation which is spacious and tastefully arranged. A small cocoon on the outskirts of Rouen's historic center.

I highly recommend choosing this beautiful house. This experience was perfect from start to finish. Laura is a wonderful host, always available and attentive. The house is simply perfect, the games inside and outside made our children happy. The house was clean and perfectly tidy. All amenities were functional. Thanks again to Laura for allowing us to spend such nice moments in this little gem.

My stay in this country house was a truly enchanting break. The Airbnb rental offered me everything I was looking for: calm, nature and a warm setting. The house was perfectly as described, very clean, well-equipped and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the spacious garden and the breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, ideal for relaxing. Céline and Cedric's hospitality was remarkable: available, attentive and concerned with my well-being throughout the stay. I'm leaving with great memories and the desire to come back as soon as possible. I recommend this rental without hesitation to anyone looking for tranquility and authenticity.

Great short family stay with my sister, daughter and niece and our two dogs great location. 1 hour 10 minutes from the coast of Etretat, Fécamp... Very cozy and well appointed Pleasant and attentive hosts the garden and its terrace is frankly a plus! I'll keep the address safe! thank you for everything! 😁🤩

Our stay was magical. We travelled with 4 children different ages and it was a paradise for them. The grounds are beautiful and so much to do. Children were playing outside all the time which is hard to achieve at this day and age. They also loved the playroom and toys Elise kindly shared. The house is located in a beautiful village, you can find horses, donkeys, cows around. We went horse riding one day in Saint Saens and it was such a lovely experience. Saint Saens is within an easy reach and has butchers, fruit shop, supermarket, all you need. Elise was always very responsive, helpful and flexible with our requests. We were feeling relaxed and at home and loved everything. It was one of the most relaxing holidays we have had and we are definitely hoping to be back again. You will definitely not regret staying there. Thank you very much Elise!
