Our Airbnb is a small self-contained guest house away from the main family home. It has its own ensuite bathroom, sun deck, TV, free WiFi, tea and coffee facilities, bar fridge and microwave. It overlooks the rolling hills of Waikato and you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset from your own deck. It is located in the rural area of Pokeno south of Auckland. It’s conveniently close to SH1 and SH2, but far enough to not hear any traffic.

While we didn’t meet Maree she communicated everything we needed through message. The red barn is a lovely private spot with all you need it is a lot bigger than it appears in the photo and you also have your own private backyard. You can enjoy the country views from the kitchen or the yard . We were kept cozy with the fire during the evenings. We hope to return to again.

The house is in a stunning location with stunning rural views. The house is well set up for a large family or a large group. Host was very easy to communicate and lovely to be greeted on check in.

A beautiful stay on a peaceful farm. We are obsessed with this place it was so cosy and had so many really thoughtful home touches including breakfast bits and lots of games and puzzle books. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening to the birds and farm animals. Gordon and his partner were really friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend a nights stay here to anyone :) .
