Gästhus nära havet

Ett litet charmigt gästhus (30kvm) som ligger på en naturtomt avskilt från huvudhuset hyrs ut för längre och kortare perioder. Stugan är perfekt för två personer (dubbelsäng 180 cm ), är man fler finns det en extrasäng som funkar fint för ett barn. Kök (kyl, frysbox, spis, ugn, micro) där det finns utrustning för att laga enklare måltider. Ett badrum med dusch och toalett. Inget separat sovrum utan det är öppet mellan sovdelen och kök/matplats. Gratis parkering finns ca 500 m från huset.

Egen gästdel på vackra ön Hven.

I vårt hus, västra skolan på ön Hven, finns en separat nyrenoverad gästdel som vi gärna hyr ut till dig. Gästdelen har egen låsbar entré och egen uteplats. Den är ca 20 kvm och består av ett rum med våningssäng 120*90 cm och pentry. Toalett med handfat och separat duschrum med bastu. Huset ligger centralt på ön i Tuna by, nära affären och flera av öns krogar men ändå i ett lugnt och lite avsides läge med öppna fält framför uteplatsen. Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Välkommen att hyra ett ljust och nybyggt gästhus med centralt läge på vackra Falsterbonäset. Huset ligger omgivet av grönska och avskilt från huvudbostaden med egen veranda, utemöbler och grillplats. På cykel nås det mesta inom 4 till 10 minuter, allt från padelbanor, Falsterbo brygga/strand, Falsterbo Horseshow och golfklubbar på ena sidan näset och trevliga restauranger, kallbadhus, Skanörs hamn/strand m.m. på andra sidan näset.

Good to know: the boiler tank is not big enough to fill the bath with hot water. But a long nice shower is no problem. Sheets and towels are not included.
