Monthly Rentals in Rosemont

Very comfortable and great location. It was an easy walk to train station and lots of great restaurants nearby. Host was very friendly and helpful. Washer and drier and nice and big too!

This was an amazing house! More than ample space for a large family. The yard is immaculate (like a golf course). Very classy yet totally comfortable in every room. Lots of TVs!! Very tastefully decorated; the walls are kind of like being in an art museum plus the host has a sense of humor that is nuanced but readily apparent. The master suite is huge -“palatial.” But the best room by far, if you like to cook, is the huge kitchen. It has everything. You can’t go wrong with this hiding house that is conveniently located to all of the colleges, shopping, and the freeway. The host is quick to respond and very friendly. We will be back for our next visit.

This place was absolutely perfect and Keith was so wonderful. The house is exactly as described and the large backyard is wonderful. Keith was super communicative and accommodating. It felt like how AIR B&B used to be, when the owner was a real person and not a corporation. Highly recommend this place especially if you have a student attending either Haverford or Bryn Mawr College because it is so convenient to both. THANKS, Keith!

My family so enjoyed staying here as our home base for the weekend of my wedding! It was the perfect place for us to use to get ready for the most glorious day. The space was beautiful and comfortable and fit the family perfectly!! We couldn’t have been happier to have that space to rest amidst all the chaos! I am so grateful for it :)
