Monthly Rentals in Roselands

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb - Jin’s place. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. It was in a great location — quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. The beds were super comfortable, and all the amenities made it feel like a home away from home. Our host, Jin, was fantastic — responsive, friendly, and made the whole check-in/check-out process smooth and easy. They even went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Great accommodation at a great location! Despite the rain while we were in Sydney, my family enjoyed our stay and we loved the fact that the shopping centre was a 3 minute walk away. Kitchen was well equipped and bedrooms were very cosy. Leslie was also very responsive and was able to address our needs. One minor issue was that the driveway was too narrow for a big 8 seater car to fit - just an FYI for any future guests. Overall we loved our stay!

Great stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The host was friendly and responsive, and even allowed a late checkout. Everything was smooth—would definitely stay again. A vacuum would’ve been a nice extra, but no complaints overall!

Helen was a great host. The place consisted of Dining/Kitchen/lounge room, Bedroom, and larege Bathroom/Laundry, as well as access to a small back yard area for relaxing and drying laundry. The bed was very comfortable and had handy storage space for unpacking some of our luggage. Internet was flawless and there were plenty of power points for charging. Plenty of room in the kitchen and all the appliances we needed. The area is very secluded and you should be prepared to walk a fair bit or take buses. The local atmosphere in the shops was very friendly and we were able to get all we needed to cook from local shops. There were a couple of great cafes about ten minutes walk away as well.
