Vacation rentals with beach access in Roseau

We had a lovely stay at Roselyn's, the accommodation is spacious and very well located. Roseline is shown to be available and responsive.

Very convenient apartment, very close to the bay front and town. There was a bottle of water, tea, coffee, seasoning, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. It was a bit noisy due to high traffic. AC works perfectly fine and the bed was comfortable. The view was very nice too. I had a great stay and I recommend.

Absolutely loved Kimaner's place. Very clean and quiet. The place had all the appliances and utensils you need. She was very responsive and ensured I was ok and having a good time in Dominica along the way. Highly recommend !

From the moment we arrived, Philson proved to be an attentive and extremely helpful host. He was kind enough to give us a tour of the city by car and showed us the best places. He was always helpful and present when we asked him, although very discreet. To welcome us, Philson had thought of cooling two beautiful fresh coconuts, the juice of which we were able to enjoy. The environment of the accommodation is very quiet and the view from the terrace is really very pleasant. We would recommend this accommodation in a second and thank Philson for his kindness.

Darril was an excellent host. Very responsive, helpful and accommodating. The space was very clean, new and well put together. The location was perfect for the events we were attending in the city and the neighborhood is very safe. I’ll definitely stay there again. Highly recommended 👍🏾

Jon's place was ideal a few days Airbnb. Jon was off-island so he left detailed communications with friend, Gerry was very responsive and pleasant. The view was fanstic from the balcony and Scott's Head itself was very peaceful and calm - apart from the bar right beneath Jon's place which wasn't busy but the music can be heard clearly from the apartment - luckily we liked the music :)

I understand the practicality of not giving a 100 ✨️ but if I could if would be for this host. Julius was very friendly and accommodating. I appreciated that his values were family oriented for his house rules as it matched my family perfectly. Definitely perfect for children due to the importance of an alcohol and illicit substance free zone. Everything is labeled and you are always helped with having fresh linen replaced. I would definitely recommend making host's life easier by actually telling them what goes on in detail. They appreciate it! Very understanding, extremely informative and very kind. Everything about our stay was IMPECCABLE. Superior host.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was not only beautiful but thoughtfully and intentionally designed; every detail contributed to a relaxing and comfortable experience. The area this airbnb is in took our breath away…the scenery from the front porch was truly surreal. We found the accommodations comfortable with nice/unique decor. The added touch of freshly picked bananas/ice and water and the offer for us to help ourselves to fresh grown produce in their garden was a pleasant surprise. Loved the location for proximity to what we needed. We hope to book again upon our next arrival in Dominica!! On a side note…host was responsive and welcoming.

Lovely spacious apartment equipped with all modern utensils, appliances, furnishings one could need. Very responsive, flexible host. Great location, quick and easy access to Roseau. Excellent stay and highly recommend.

Absolutely recommend, Eden on the Rocks was the perfect home-base for us on our incredible trip in Dominica! The location was a dream, private and overlooking a gorgeous view and just a walk away to a swimmable, nearly private beach. We loved the ability to go out and explore the island and then return to our own slice of paradise in the evenings. The house itself is a relatively close drive from the airport which made our travels so much easier and stress free. Brynmore and Julia were fantastic hosts, providing excellent communication and everything we needed and awesome recommendations for our trip. Bonus points for Brandy the dog who lives on the property and is the sweetest!

We were completely comfortable and happy here. Soufriere is a wonderful town. People were friendly and welcoming. There is great snorkeling, hiking, and hot springs nearby. Marilyn’s place has a great view of the sunset over the ocean. The balcony is fun to hang out on, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen has what you need. The bedrooms were bigger than we expected. The WiFi worked really well. We loved this place!

We had an absolutely great stay. Skieth and Candy were amazing hosts. Always helpful with advice and arranged a local driver for us who ended up being wonderful as a tour guide and took us everywhere we needed to be. Thank you so much for a great stay.

We had such an amazing stay at Webster’s magical place. The beach is right outside and we slept like babies listening to the waves. Webster and his partner were so friendly and he went above and beyond in helping us find our way around. We would love to come back another time! His restaurant is also an incredible spot ☺️

We had the best stay with Laron, he is a super friendly welcoming guy and we felt totally at home.
