Very simple, but beautiful and comfortable place to stay. You will be staying in one apartment of a duplex. Only 7 minutes away from downtown Abilene (by car), where you can find amazing cafes (Front Porch Cafe, Monk's cafe), and restaurants (Vagabond Pizza, The Local). House is located to close to Sayles Boulevard and Butternut street, which makes it a breeze to get around. There is also an air mattress that you can use for the 5th and 6th person. Thank you!!

Kenny is a very inviting and pleasant host. Situated far off a dead end road, the location is secluded and peaceful. The cabin feels like a set in an old cowboy movie, very cool decor in western/native Indian style. The cabin comes well stocked and has all the amenities you would expect in your own home. Kenny is a great person and will bend over backwards to help anyone. I would recommend staying here to anyone. Side note:The pig feeder is awesome. Family of a dozen pigs comes to the feeder at dusk/dawn every day. Among other critters.

I think this might be my 4th review of Amber’s place. As, always, the place was perfect! Not-cluttered and nicely furnished and decorated. Very clean. I love the peace and quiet in the morning as my dog and I take a walk in the property and I enjoy my coffee. There are no other houses nearby so you get to feel some nice solitude. It’s just such a perfect place to stay when on the road back to Houston from Western Colorado. And just great for my dog - lots of room for him to run. It’s always a nice respite from the road and a little bit of peace and quiet before getting back to big city living.
