The house is in the immediate vicinity of the city center, ski slopes/summer trails and the famous Slagghaugene. The residence requires cleaning, bedding, and towels. In the summer, cows graze in the nearby fields; the traditional barn is now a cultural centre, run by Fjøsakademiet.
