Village house in exposed stone, refurbished, very bright, 90 m2. Parking in front of the house. Ideal for hiking and walks in the Pyrenees/getaway to Toulouse. Train station within walking distance. All shops in the municipality, on foot. On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction cooktop, dishwasher); TV/WiFi lounge and toilet. Upstairs 2 bedrooms and one bathroom WC. A very large bedroom with dressing room and 140 bed. A small bedroom with a 140 bed.

The accommodation is quiet in an entirely wooden style, inside and outside. It is equipped with a 35m2 room with kitchen, shower, and toilet. And on the mezzanine, via the staircase, there are 2 separate beds with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed. The maximum height is 1.8m. Outside there is a garden with a terrace of 10m2, where you can eat, drink and rest. In the courtyard, you can park your vehicle in front of the front door. Your car will be parked in our courtyard which is closed.

Welcome to Playras! Come and recharge your batteries in this tiny hamlet, a little piece of heaven perched at 1100 m altitude, facing south. Stunning views of the Spanish border chain. This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house.
