Joey and house manager Alex were responsive and very easy to communicate with. They made sure the house met our needs and that we were comfortable. The home was meticulously clean, well appointed with a fantastic view on the Albemarle Sound. I would definitely rent this house and recommend it!

As many other guests have already said... this property goes beyond the descriptions. In contrast to so many AirBnbs, the decor at the loft was tasteful, authentic, and stylish. When you venture downstairs to the Manifest store, you will understand how/why! The loft is right downtown, so you can roam around and easily stop back in if you need to drop anything off, pick anything up, or just rest. We used the space to work from during one of our days, and it was lovely to be able to pop out for a quick bite and then continue with the day. We got great recommendations from the host -- all the spots to be sure to catch and the inside scoop on the what and who of Washington. About the space itself: the bed was incredibly comfortable, and so were the couches for just relaxing and reading. If you are considering other spots in Washington, don't. Just book this and you'll be very glad you did!

Perfect couples getaway, quiet, excellent location, walkable to the shops and restaurants, etc. the AC worked great which certainly helped with the summer humidity. We were a party of three girlfriends staying on our way to OBX. George’s place provided the perfect layover. All beds and other furnishings were comfortable and the house was spotless. Highly recommend!
