Die Unterkunft ist einfach einzigartig, direkt in der Altstadt gelegen bietet sie einen altertümlichen Flair ohne auf die gewohnte Modernität zu verzichten. Die Unterkunft ist riesig und bietet ausreichend Platz, auch für größere Gruppen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt um sich auch mal ein Abendessen selbst zuzubereiten, die gut ausgestattete Küche mit großem Esstisch lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Lorenzo als Gastgeber war auch einfach klasse, war immer erreichbar, hat sich um einen gekümmert und viele Tipps für Ausflüge bei egal welchem Wetter gegeben. Kurzum,mit der Buchung macht man nichts verkehrt, wenn man einige Tage in Riga verbringen möchte, eine klare Buchungsempfehlung!

10/10 stay, brand new property, two bathrooms, responsive and helpful host. Internet stopped working at no fault of the host (fault of telco company), but Martin provided a backup WiFi delivered within a day. Well sorted and equipped with the right small details and amenities like detergent for laundry etc. Out of my 60-70 Airbnb stays this is one of the best. Price wise is relative, price is what you pay, value is what you get but value was great. Short 20 min walk to the center of the old town and 4 min to the tram.

This is a great place to stay in the old town. Just a short walk to airport bus stop and train station. There was a very useful elevator. The apartment was very spacious and the kitchen was really well stocked with cooking utensils etc. Really appreciated the washing machine and the blackout curtains as it got light early. Alexander was very clear with instructions etc which we appreciated. Great place to stay.

Sehr Zentrale Lage, einfacher Check in. Alles ist so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Diese Wohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Děkujeme za krásný pobyt v Rize. Apartmán byl nový a čistý. Oceňujeme, že kuchyň měla vše potřebné a byla skvělé vybavená. Využili jsme, že parkování bylo zdarma hned vedle apartmánu. Pohodlně se dostanete do starého centra - autobusem a v okolí byly vždy i koloběžky k pronájmu. Moc rádi se zase vrátíme :-)

Останавливались здесь уже не в первый раз — и снова всё очень понравилось! Квартира чистая, уютная и полностью соответствует описанию. Всё необходимое для комфортного проживания есть. Отличное расположение: рядом магазины, кафе и остановки. Хозяин очень дружелюбный и всегда на связи. Обязательно вернёмся ещё раз!

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt, die Altstadt ist in ca. 30 min. fußläufig zu erreichen. Es gibt aber auch Busstationen in unmittelbarer Nähe. In direkter Nachbarschaft ist ein Narvense Kiosk, wo man die verschiedenen Zeittickets erwerben kann. Ein großer Lidl und ein Maxima Supermarkt sind auch nicht weit entfernt.

Unterkunft sauber, schnell zu finden, zentrale Lage. Anweisung vor Anreise waren ausreichend. Um die Ecke kann man sich schnell mit allem wichtigen versorgen. Alles super! Empfehlenswert. 🙂

Spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Maija is a fantastic host and we would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore central Riga, with its beautiful green spaces, amazing cafés, and cultural heritage!

we really enjoyed staying at Martins' place. well stocked, beautifuly furnished, spacious apartment. we loved the deck and Nespresso machine was a nice touch. great communication and flexible check in and out, that we really appreciated. there were 3 of us and that was perfect, two extra beds are not private and maybe works for kids/teenagers. location is perfect! right next to art nouveau neighborhood and a short walk to the old town. plenty of restaurants and shops close by. I would definitely recommend Martins' place.

we had a lovely stay at kristianas place for the Riga marathon. the place was even more spacious than expected and everything was a walking distance. the area is quite peaceful and close to the markets. She was very easy to communicate with.

The apartment is exceptionally good. It's spacious and very clean - just feels like home. The host, Jãnis, is very friendly and helpful. She even offered me to extend my stay in the apartment. Will definitely come back if I ever come to Riga again!

The apartment was spotless, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere, stylish interior, and thoughtful touches throughout the space. Secure parking was a big plus. Would definitely recommend!

The house was amazing! The location was very good, tram and bus is literally 2 min away and the old town is just one bus stop! You can even arrive there by passing the stone bridge. The house was very clean and very nicely decorated, as also the building in overall. Very quiet and comfortable beds so sleep was perfect. The only thing we did not like was the pillows. It would be nice having a bit more variety of options.

Хорошая квартира для короткой поездки. Тина оставила четкие инструкции, квартира соответствует описанию, чистая и со всем необходимым. Было масло, соль, чай, приборы и посуда, но к сожалению, не было обычного ножа, только нож для хлеба. Было приятно, что в ванной были ватные диски и палочки, это очень удобно в путешествии, а также антисептическое средство. Мой муж упал с самоката и поранил ногу и я смогла обработать рану. Дом находится в тихом месте и на окнах были жалюзи, поэтому спать было комфортно. Но локация дома не самая удачная, если вы приехали посмотреть город, так как до центра идти долго, а транспорт ходит очень редко, особенно по выходным. Для нас это не было проблемой, но будте к этому готовы.

C'est mon deuxième séjour dans le studio de Christine, idéalement situé pour moi, en face de l'appartement de mon fils et sa famille. Le quartier est central, proche des parcs et de tous les commerces, très agréable. Christine est extrêmement réactive et disponible. Je reviendrai encore en automne et je recommande vivement cet appartement.

Everything was great - the place was very clean, cozy, and had all the necessary amenities. I was pleasantly surprised by the snack bar with very low prices - a small touch that made big difference. Thank you the hosts for the warm welcome and attention to details. 👌

L'alloggio di Aleksandrs è adatto ad una coppia; accogliente, attrezzato e silenzioso. Ideale per la posizione strategica centrale, che consente di essere vicino sia al centro 'vecchio' che a quello 'art deco', quindi di raggiungere comodamente a piedi i centri di interesse.
