You can enjoy the peace, nature and recreation and relaxation in our house with Finnisch sauna. You also have the possibility of buying one or more of our restored furniture and accessories and also local and artisanal products from the region... We heten u van harte welkom in ons houten gastenverblijf in Roosdaal in het mooie glooiende Pajottenland, op amper 20km van Brussel. U kan er genieten van de rust, natuur en ontspanning in ons vakantiehuisje met Finse sauna. Uniek bij ons is dat u onze zelfgerestaureerde brocante meubels en woonaccessoires kunt aankopen... Onze formule: vakantiehuis waar u autonoom kan verblijven, er is een keuken waar u zelf uw maaltijden kan bereiden. Toch kunnen we u een heerlijk (streek)ontbijt aanbieden voor 8 (10) € pp, kinderen tot 10 jaar voor 4 (5) € pp. voor maaltijden, snacks of afhaalgerechten kunt u in verschillende zaken in Roosdaal terecht. In het dorp vindt u al het nodige voor uw dagelijkse boodschappen en bankverrichtingen. Er is ook een bibliotheek, fit-o-meter, sportcentrum... Er zijn vele uitstapmogelijkheden in het Pajottenland, zo zijn er 15 kastelen te bezoeken, 6 brouwerijen, een Rozentuin enz. Voor wandelingen, fietsen, mountainbike, huifkartochten, menroutes, boottochten op de Dender bent u hier aan het juiste adres! U kan ons met het openbaar vervoer bereiken met de trein: station Okegem, Ninove, Liedekerke of Denderleeuw. Er is ook een bushalte: lijnbus 127en 128.

Verder kan u gezellig vertoeven in de plaatselijke restaurants en genieten van het streekbier van Affligem in de Abdijhoeve. Op 5 minuten van de autosnelweg. Op wandelafstand van bakker, dagbladhandel, restaurant, frituur en bancontact. Minder dan 5 minuten met de wagen kan u verschillende warenhuizen vinden.

Authenticity and class were central to the renovation. The location is extremely quiet, the cows graze on the adjacent meadows... And all this near the bustling center of Brussels! With its rural location, this country house is the ideal place to relax. Unique!

We had a lovely stay & felt immediately at home. The house & garden were beautiful with lots of personal touches. We also rented the greenhouse & stayed in there one night with our baby between us. Very cozy! We had lots of rain but it didn’t matter because the kitchen with veranda was perfect for nestling inside. We still made full use of the bbq as it was covered on the side of the house. Communication with Fré was easy & he was very helpful and fast to answer. Recommended!

Prachtig gastenverblijf in een heel mooie en rustige omgeving. Severine was de perfecte gastvrouw die altijd bereikbaar was indien we iets nodig zouden hebben bij vragen. De tijd is voorbij gevlogen en we voelden ons even alsof we op vakantie waren. Alles was kraaknet, proper en alles wat je kunt bedenken was aanwezig. Wij hopen dat we heel snel de tijd vinden om terug te komen!

Avec ma copine nous avons réservé chez Théo pour nos un an. L’hôte est génial, nous a mis à l’aise directement et nous a donné les adresses locales. Je recommande vivement, la localisation est parfaite, proche de Bruxelles mais on se croirait perdus en pleine campagne, rien de mieux pour apprécier la quiétude de la Belgique et son sens de l’accueil !

Au calme absolu, à quelques encablures de Bruxelles. (une dizaine de minutes en train. Moins cher grace à la formule weekends proposée et bien plus simple qu'en voiture. Maison située dans une zone totalement pavillonnaire. On se croirait à la campagne lorsqu'on contemple leur verdoyant jardin, ainsi que ceux des voisins. Pourtant Hal est une ville d'un peu plus de 40000 habitants. Très bien accueillis dès notre arrivée. Geert et Marc sont très accessibles et très communicatifs. Logement très bien tenu. Chambre très spacieuse et literie très confortable. Nous avons vraiment apprécié car nous trouvons que ce n'est pas toujours une évidence de pouvoir se reposer de la sorte lorsqu'on est en déplacement. Partage des pièces communes sans difficulté. Bien au contraire. Nous avions la salle de bain et les toilettes pour nous tout seul. Bref, nous sommes vraiment dépaysés chez Marc et Geert ! Nous vous recommandons absolument de séjourner chez Marc et Geert.
