The fully equipped kitchen boasts Quartz granite countertops and Bosch appliances, perfect for trying out Caribbean culinary delights. Housekeeping is included, and a chef or cook can be arranged upon request.

Sliding doors lead from the living area to a covered dining terrace and courtyard with a sun deck, gardens, and a 20ft pool. An outdoor shower adds to the convenience of the sun deck.

The calm and contemporary master suite features a king-sized bed, Egyptian cotton bedding, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The air-conditioned guest bedrooms offer flat-screen TVs, high-speed internet, and either king or twin beds.

Community amenities include a clubhouse, gym, and shared vegetable and herb garden, all within a gated community with 24-hour security. The villa is carbon-neutral, with solar panels and naturally heated hot water tanks. Two parking spots are provided.
